Went to a movie at the museum last night with a friend and stoped in to have a cocktail before the movie started. It was super dead maybe 3 people sitting at the bar with two employees working. Neither greeted us, I had to after 5 min ask them to serve us. Both employees seemed so miserable. Finally ordered ..and the bartender proceeded to pace back and forth and wipe glasses down. 15min later still no drinks. I politely asked him if they were coming since we had a movie to make. He said nothing to me and angered he threw two glasses down ..and I was never mind ..I used to be a server. And I get having bad days but this reflects so poorly on the restaurant. Wont be coming back

The food was good but nothing to write home about. The price was expensive but expected given that it is in a museum

We came for the drag show, and that part was a highlight—fun, energetic, and full of personality. The performers really brought the room to life and made the experience enjoyable.

The food was surprisingly good. The fries were perfectly crispy on the outside and buttery soft inside, with seasoning that was spot-on. The burger was juicy and flavorful—definitely tasty, but at $27, it felt wildly overpriced for what we got.

Unfortunately, the drinks and service really brought the whole experience down. The cocktails were small, weak, and underwhelming. I ordered the St. Elmo’s Fire specifically for the chili and whiskey, but it tasted like pure pineapple juice—no kick, no trace of alcohol, and definitely no chili. The Cosmo was equally disappointing: tiny and overpriced.

The service was where things really fell apart. It took forever to receive our orders, and throughout the show, it felt impossible to get anyone’s attention. Servers barely came around, and when they did, it was rushed and impersonal. At one point, we wanted to order more drinks, but no one was anywhere to be found.

All in all, while the show and food saved it from being a complete flop, the poor service, weak drinks, and high prices make it hard to justify coming back. Fun once, but not worth the money.

Loved the presentation and freshness. The lobster Cobb salad was great. Enjoyed the homemade pita bread and especially the truffle hummus. The 5 cheese board was great (wish there was more honey, quince paste etc... so there could have been a better sides to cheese ratio). Enjoyed the focaccia and rain bread also.

I had an excellent Tuna burger, on special, after visiting the museum. Very nice service and my friend’s Caesar salad looked excellent too. Nice atmosphere too. Recommended!

Ordered the crab cake and mashed potatoes. Both below average, very disappointing, such a pretty restaurant in a prestigious location should serve better food.

Food is good, though quiche was barely warm. One night we had great service, seated at the bar. The next day servers were impatient and unfriendly, as if we were imposing on them when we ordered. Music blares intrusively outside. So despite cool setting and good food, a mixed experience.

OVER PRICED cafeteria food.
We bought the pre-made sandwiches, wich were some how stale and soggy at the same time, and so bland it was hard to eat.
It cost 100 dollars with tip, and we when we asked for some mustard a few minutes after getting or sandwiches we where told the kitchen was closed, even though they were all still standing in the kitchen they couldn't get us a dish of mustard. It's not like we were asking for a whole new meal we were asking for a condiment that should've been on the it to begin with! Or at least on the side. We also ordered a glass of wine at the bar wich cost $22 for 4 oz. Your a small café, not Napa! The only upside to this Café was the yong lady that took our order, she was very sweet and did a great job taking our order.

Fantastic biscuit and breakfast Danish. And I would like to say thank you for having the best chai tea I have had while being in the states.

First time I sat at a table instead of the bar. Brooke was a fantastic waitperson, I loved The World's Best Martini, and the Gone With the Caesar salad was excellent. Looking forward to my next visit.

Seriously, I was treated like movie star all day. I had breakfast and lunch in the cafe and an elegant dinner in the evening before a screening. The pistachio crusted salmon, wine, and playful s'mores dessert were excellent. Most impressive though was the high level of hospitality. I was personally welcomed each time I walked into the restaurant. I live 2000 miles away, but I'm already planning my next trip back.
