Amazing Key Lime Pie! Tried on our vacation and had to come back again for another round a few days later. Amazing service and a cookie to top it off! Thank you! Brilliant experience 😊

Brownie was good, chai latte was superb. The lady at the counter, however, was very rude :(

I tried all three of the vegan cookies available: bourbon chocolate ( can’t tell it’s vegan), rainbow sprinkles (tasty sugar cookie), and lavender lemon ( no lavender taste, but a strong rosemary taste). At $4/cookie they are a bit expensive but good for a treat.

This pie is just not it. For a place famous for its key lime pie, I can almost guarantee people haven't had a genuine key lime pie.

The crust is just a mushy mess. It's like someone took brown sugar and just pressed it into the pan.

The pie is way too bitter and the weak whipped cream doesn't hold up like a merengue or genuine cream to balance out what a key lime pie should be. The only positive here is the texture of the pie which is really nice.

I tried this place 3 different times to give them a chance and all three times were horrible. Also the cashier was rude all 3 times as well. Save your money place is no good

The pie was not that fresh, cookies were so-so, and the worst of all service was terrible. She’s extremely rude. Don’t recommend to come at all!

These desserts are unreal, I think the low rating is from customer service but when the desserts are this good, it kind of doesn’t matter if they treat you well or not (that’s my opinion at least 😅). I’d come back here again and again for my cookie fix.

Very rude counter person gave me attitude at the end of my transaction because I didn't leave a tip. Let's get real...I stood at a counter for 30 seconds, purchased a brownie in a paper bag from a clearly unhappy person. This doesn't qualify for a tip. Brownie was good though

Although the service can be a little awkward depending on who is serving you, that really doesn’t matter at all, because this place makes the best Key Lime Pie in the world.

It’s my favorite dessert. I’ve tried it at countless places around the country, including in Florida in the Keys. Nobody makes it as perfectly as this place. It is truly the best.

Also, everything else they make is really excellent! I highly recommend it.

Nice little bakery in the city market. I had the bourbon pecan cookie which was delicious, and the butterscotch brownie which was tasty but not a lot of butterscotch flavor. Would definitely go back to try their famous pies!

They told me this place great but not a good experience for me.
We ordered the lemon pie and the dough was soggy, the taste of the leom was very bitter. We paid $45 for it and very disappointed, that was a $25 pie at the most.

Just went here today to try a key lime pie. After I paid, I overheard the cashier say “wow no tip” in a rude tone. All they did was hand me the pie, I don’t believe that needed to be tipped. Tipping culture is getting out of hand The pie itself was alright, a little too sour for my taste.
