Just went here today to try a key lime pie. After I paid, I overheard the cashier say “wow no tip” in a rude tone. All they did was hand me the pie, I don’t believe that needed to be tipped. Tipping culture is getting out of hand The pie itself was alright, a little too sour for my taste.

Honestly best pies I've had. Everytime I've stopped by I've grabbed a slice of pie. The chocolate chess pie here is DIVINE, Key Lime pie also really good and I'm not a citrus/lime flavored dessert person, but their key lime pie is really good. Both pies are extremely addictive and I got two other friends hooked on it from just a bite. Would definitely recommend stopping by and grabbing a slice of pie, they're big enough for 2.

I had the key lime pie. It wasn't overly sweet and the lime brought in a good amount of tanginess and freshness. But I thought it was a little too rich, due to the cream.

We grabbed 2x bannana cream puddings and 1 lavender cookie. The staff on site was really friendly and you can tell this is a project of passion. The pudding was perfectly chilled, creamy, and sweet without being saccharine. If you want something to full of flavor after a nice meal this is the place. Would recommend.

The heavy guy with a beard who works there has a horrible attitude and customer service. You can't ask him simple questions about your order without him acting you were personally insulting him and his family.

Traveling from the Midwest. Took my adult son touring and to Grand Center Station for his bday. He lived in Hollywood during his college yrs but had never been to GCS. We had a great time trying out different types of foods at the different vendors food. one being the Keylime Pie at Fat+Flour since Keylime is my sons favorite pie. The pie was pretty good just a bit tart but it weren't bad at all. It was $14 for 2 slices. Tippins Keylime is way better but we would try Fat+Flour again, if we're ever back at GCS. We didn't have a negative experience at any of the food joints or the staff at GCS.

I am thoroughly impressed with the exceptional quality and variety of goodies offered here! The banana puddings and oatmeal cookies are my absolute favorites - consistently delicious and never disappoint. What sets this establishment apart, however, is the outstanding customer service provided by Lesley. Her kindness, passion, and dedication to ensuring a personalized experience for each customer are truly commendable. She takes the time to understand individual preferences and offers expert recommendations, making every visit a pleasure. I highly recommend this gem and look forward to my next visit!

Fat & Flour is so good, I’m a repeat customer when wanting something sweet it’s my go to in DTLA. They have a wide range selection of cookies & pies, brownies plus drinks all delicious worth standing in line for cause you know it’s fresh made daily. Weekends are crazy make sure to line up otherwise wait can be longer. During the week less crowds. Also, great place to pick up pies for parties or any holiday. Next on my list is their cherry pie, soon.

Tried to order a pie online, says all sold out (even a week in advanced). Called and they told me that they'd update their system to fix it. 24 hours later, still can't order.

Cute place with delicious pie, we tried the Key Lime Pie and Lemon Meringue Pie. Both were delicious not to sweet, excellent crust. We also tried (two days in a row) the berry scones, Carmelized on the bottom, warm out of the oven in the morning and very flavorful. We then had to try the Oatmeal cookies, chocolate chip and oatmeal, chocolate chip with coconut and oatmeal. Very good, crispy on the edges, soft in the middle. If you are in the neighborhood or not, you should stop by for a delicious treat.
