First time there. The food is a little pricey. I bought a steak sandwich with onion ring, fries and mozzarella stick inside the sandwich. It was good but it could have used more meat.
The service was good and the staff was friendly.
The seating could use lower tables for people who are handicapped. But it was a good experience.

I’m a regular at Fat Sals and come through with my friends almost every weekend. The place has a sports bar and nightclub vibe with a killer setup that should make it a go to nightlife spot, but it feels like completely wasted potential right now.

I’ve asked the staff a few times if they ever do special events like live music, karaoke, sports nights, or DJs, and every time the answer is no. They said they sometimes show UFC and boxing, so I pulled up recently for one of the UFC cards and the place was dead so I just left and went elsewhere. I asked if it ever gets busy for sports and they told me it only picks up around 2 or 3 in the morning when people leave the other bars and clubs nearby.

Apparently they are hoping it will change once the bar opens, but when I asked when that was happening, the staff had no clue. They said it keeps getting pushed. First it was next week, then two weeks, now they do not even know. The strangest part is they did throw a big DJ event not long ago, I saw it on their Instagram, but they have not done anything like it since.

The owner really needs to step up. This place has all the ingredients to be a great nightlife spot. The location, the vibe, and the space are all there, but there is no follow through. If they started doing regular events, promoting sports events, bringing in DJs or live performers, it could be the place people want to be at late at night. Right now, it just feels like a missed opportunity. Overall, the staff and food are always amazing.

Was looking forward to trying this place out in LA. Food was just okay, expected better for price and hype. But biggest issue was took over an hour to get our shake. Food came out quickly, but no shake spoke to the cashier, and they said they had a computer issue and it should come out. Checked again 15 mins later asked to check our specific order since we received our food and was told the same thing. Finally after over an hour being there they said they found our ticket and it was finally being made. Shake was still a disappointment after the wait, no cheesecake could be tasted in it, tasted like a normal strawberry shake...

First time, got the fat Jerry and a triple burger to split and get best of both worlds. Phenomenal flavors and well put together, perfect amount of sauce, and the tator tots were a perfect side!! Definitely recommend it as a cheat meal, plus the workers were very nice and helpful to suggest things from the menu to guide us!

Overhyped, Overpriced and Over rated. Food was like any other sandwich shop(Subway,Jimmy John’s, Firehouse subs, Jersey Mike’s) but waayyy overpriced. If you’re going for atmosphere ok, but otherwise go to one of the above mentioned restaurants for a better & affordable sandwich.

We were leaving Oklahoma City and someone who had moved there from LA, told us we had to come here to eat. I would have liked to have had half a sandwich - it was so much food - but it was fun and different. I had the chicken; my son had a burger. Mine was definitely a unique take on a sandwich with a LOT of flavor. The chocolate chip cookie with cake and icing inside was also super fun!

I’ve gone to Sal’s twice to get their Reuben sandwich and my only problem is that I’m genuinely afraid to try anything else. Their Reuben isn’t one of their more popular sandwiches and it absolutely SLAPS. I can only imagine how good their more popular items are and I’d probably spend my whole paycheck there if I branch out.

Josh has helped me both times I’ve ordered and he provided excellent service. He took the initiative and offered to walk me through their menu after I told him I had never ordered from them before. Both times he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions honestly. Excellent customer service.

Their Reuben isn’t traditional but you won’t be disappointed. It does not come with a pickle so I just ask for some pickle slices on the side. I also tried their mozzarella sticks this time and they’re fine. Good cheese to breading ratio but it’s nothing special. You won’t be disappointed but I’m not sure it’s worth $8.99. The ranch that came with it though was fire.
