Overall giving a one star today's visit 10/19/2024 @ 1:40 P.M. I placed my order inside and I ordered a meal grilled chicken sandwich W/ fat fries & Sweetened Ice Tea. $ 19.88 OMG the worst place I've ever been to total rip off the food was basic it wasn't bad but it wasn't great it wasn't amazingly good breath taking for $19.88 NEVER IN MY LIFE WILL I EVER RETURN TO THIS RESTAURANT. This was my first experience about this restaurant and coming from myself a El Pollo Loco employee a BJ's Restaurant employee a Olive Garden employee clearly I have restaurant experience ate many places and this has to be the most expensive place to buy a Burger Meal that isn't all that it's Hyped up to be. El Pollo Loco Dinner is what I bought tonight paying $27.29 for a 8 PC Leg & Thigh Chicken FAMILY Meal with two sides of Large Beans & Large Mashed Potatoes 4 Flour tortillas for MYSELF and CLEARLY the El Pollo Loco Dinner still wins the Lunch Grilled Chicken Sandwich w/fries & a drink Take out. The service took forever long & their was a delivery being made during business hours big No No that's supposed to be done before customers are dinning in a restaurant yelling at customers to move out of the way so he can bring in a large shipment into a small spaced restaurant.

This is the first time I visited this location and the fries were hot and fresh I ordered the fat fries and they ordered the original burger with everything on it. It is definitely a 10 napkin meal! Messi and extremely delicious

The buffalo wings are amazing especially with the sauce, every flavor of sauce is pretty good but I think medium is the best as of right now

I love this place! It has american diner vibe and their homemade burger is so delicious as we're the sweet potato fries we ordered with it. Paid $20 for small burger with fries and refilable drink.

The food was ok (burger seemed smaller than usual). The young kids working there were cool and busy working. I didn’t wait long for my food. The inside of the place is old but that is not the issue, it needs some deep cleaning in the dining area. If dining room was cleaner, I’d give it a higher rating.

The food was good! The restaurant is clean and cold, a nice change of atmosphere compared to the rest of the area, which is kind of shady. The chili was flavorful, and the cheese was good, though the fries could use a little seasoning. I would definitely order the fat fries, the skinny fries are a little crunchy. The burgers are a bit mustard-heavy, so keep that in mind if you’re not a fan. The cashier ladies were quite nice and knew the menu well. Overall good experience.
I want to come back to try the XXL fatburger challenge to get my name on the wall of fame ?
