I wasn’t having the best day I opted to turn my back on everyone that day and I had not been in this fatburger location since I worked at RadioShack ! When it was in the entrance across the way ! I wanted a starry from subway sandwich because there’s taste best in Los Angeles at least the location on that shopping center . But I felt like just having a burger with no fries I was not in a cheerful dipping fry mood at all I felt that the fries would be ignored or abused . So I said since I was fasting until 3 that by the time I drive back and park it will be 3 so I walked in and the young lady was cleaning the table and the cashier was waiting by the cash register while doing stuff they both greeted me genuinely seemingly happy that I came in and I was very moody and particular I had to ease out of it which I did once the cashier washed his hands and made my hamburger I was letting my guard down he was so warm both of them were truly the Angels of my day !!! I really mean that !!!!!! I ordered a cheese burger with all the fixings asked to make sure they add Loveys seasoning and they said sure sure and extra onions and mayo and let me tell you he made ( I will get their names that will live rent free in my head the next time and never forget and update ) but the burger tasted just like the owners when they had a location on lacienga !!!! Just like hers the burger was so perfect they needed to use it as a ad for the world to see and the taste was just like hers !!!!!! I’ve tried to get other locations to do the same but they just fall short and it’s a shame !!! I was in awe of this young cashier afterwards he’s not old enough to cook like that and make it the way the actual owner did ! She must be a spirit around him ! I cheered up only for the fatburger experience the young one the other cashier she complemented my perfume ( we know what to get her for Christmas next year ) and yes I went the next day and I think it was the owner at the cashier not sure if he is related to the owner from radio shack days he was cheerful and loved that I chose his location I’m sure he heard my voicemail which I was happy when the voice or one of the owners said please leave a message I said wa la !!! I get to say how the burger was just like the original taste and look . Anyhow the burger was all I needed I’m not really a fry girl I get talked into fries from time to time . Thank you for making my day truly genuine . And the burger nostalgia Lovey way . I will be back to this location this WILL be the location I like the parking and that the shopping center is chill and not Gen Z

So I was there yesterday and ordered some wings and they took Soo long with my order and when I open my bag the wings were burn had no daamm sauce it was dry and not to mention it was expensive usually FAT BURGER has the best wings but I was wrong to think that about this location very disappointed over all

There was 1 cook and he also was the cashier and he was rude when asking for some condiments We will never come to.this location again he had no customer service skills and also my burger looked like he just threw it all together the patty coming out to the left and then the tomatoes coming out of the right he needs to be retrained ASAP .......

I love their juicy flavorful burgers and oreo milkshakes. The only thing I don't like is deciding steak fries or sweet potato fries. 😂 We had just enough time to relax and settle in then at the perfect time our food arrived. Vibe was good, music was groovy, people were chill and doing their thing. The staff was super nice and we enjoyed the funny banter with the cashier. Chef was putting in the work adding that flavor for sure. Our inner fat kids were satisfied from the nicely sized portions. My girl had leftovers so I bought a kids milkshake for later. When the late night craving hit then yum yum song followed, mamas happy. We love our Fat Buger trips.
