Shakes are good but don't let your kids get to it and drop this $7 shake because when you tell them about your drinking falling they'll ask you Well what are you telling me for? Customer service satisfaction out the window here. I've been to this location several times each time spent over $40 you'd think a $7 shake would be replaced period.

I've come to this location for years with one of my Fraternal Brothers without issue until today. As soon as we sat down looking over some paperwork before we ordered we were harassed. Twice the Latino lead, supervisor or manager came up to me only, my friend is White, I'm African, asking if we were going to order. We both said yes. This guy comes two more times looking over our paperwork. Then he comes a fourth time asking the same thing. I have never been harassed before but I'm not going back again, ever! We were so angry we just left. Never again!!!!!

Arturo is excellent for customer service and was very polite at 3:30 AM Sunday morning. I ordered a large combo. Hot, fresh and really tasty. Inside of the store was clean. Great value and really good for late night after working a double shift.

Walked in and some lady with a blue tracksuit treated myself along with my son very poorly. I asked for a paper menu as I couldn't see the menu and as she saw me straining to see the menu, didn't offer any assistance. I took my business right next door and spent over $40 with somewhere else. I will not even give this location a try due to her rude behavior. I am not homeless and she treated me as such.
everything is just all around mediocre at this place. At times the shakes are fire and hit the spot perfectly, kind of sketchy throughout before even drinking half of it. Also, I could be tripping but I feel like this place changes their hours.Remember being there late at night when it was open 24 hours and I went the other day where it said they close at three so I’m not really sure what it actually is m.When you show me all right, it’s open late never is horrible but it didn’t. She either never spent less than $20 there never got more than fries chicken a drink or a fries and a shake and it’s always over 20 cuts.Different fries are all pretty -legit you can’t go wrong with those as long as they’re still warm, the soggy and gross but I like the sweet potato fries and the skinnyfries the most they’re solid. There not bad, but I would pass on the onion rings,, but we got to taste.People that work there are actually really chill once you talk to them but when you first walk in there, they kinda give you this crazy kinda unwelcoming borderline intimidating look like they’re sizing you up or something.I swear it’s funny because it literally happens almost every single time I walk in there this awkward moment until the time I order super chill moving dozedParking: PlentyKid-friendliness: Sure

I had tried said location about a week ago, the waiting service at said time was very nice and respectful, However, on 10-12-2023, when I stopped at said location to get water, that an African American woman who I assume is the day manager to said fat burger yelled at me as I was getting water from the soda machine the woman yelled at me, as if I were stealing soda, that was the most rude and unprofessional behavior. Wherein when she had seen that I had in fact only got water. she continued to be loud and exceptionally rude. Where therein said woman stated you didn't ask anybody you have to ask, So just get your water and get out of here. That I can only compare said woman's disgruntled behavior to be that of an inherently racially Prejudicial woman. That herein it should be noted that I am a 59, year old physically disabled Man. That within the meaning of the American with Disabilities Act, and that I require the use of a walker to be ambulatory that I am an American man of Mexican descent. Who"s father was killed in the Vietnam war i.e., Army Ranger Staff Sgt, JESUS Arthur Muñoz, who proudly fought and died defending the democratic rights and Laws of this Country. That tomorrow I will attempt to contact the regional manager to said fat burger establishment. Where herein I contend that nobody deserves to be treated with such contempt and disdain. That such a disrespectful interaction behind ice water is absolutely unacceptable.
