I'm not sure if this is this locations rules or just the guy that was working there today. I decided to buy a disabled man food. He had a walker that didn't fit inside the door so he struggled to walk in the store with me. He was not able to walk upright. I asked him to order whatever he wanted. But the worker told us that he would not sell us any food if the disabled man was planning on sitting down and eating the food inside the restaurant which I thought was real inhumane and wrong since the food order cost $23 anyone paying that much for 1 burger, 1 fries and a drink should be able to sit inside the restaurant and eat whether they are disabled or homeless. The disabled man really wanted fatburger so he agreed. The disabled man did not smell bad or anything. This is discrimination and I will never eat here. And I pray whoever reads this decides not to visit this location and does not eat here too!

For a burger place, they sure suck at burgers, fries, and the cookies too.
The burger was the driest thing seriously. I had to drench it in sauce to get it down. Which for $16 a burger (with fries) is absolutely unacceptable.
The skinny fries have to be eaten immediately after they hand them to you otherwise they go cold and yucky. Not that they're cooked very well anyway. Plus they had no seasoning, not even salt. Just dry cold potato sticks.
And the cookies, jeez, how can mess up a chocolate chip cookie? They were slightly burnt which makes it all the more interesting that they had no flavor either. Not even a sweet sugary flavor that you would expect in a cookie. Just nothing.
If you want a good burger and fries, that's worth the price and won't leave you unsatisfied- go down Wilshire to Hi Ho Cheeseburger. It's about the same price, if not a tiny smidgen cheaper, and they have pie.

It does sometimes take a bit of time to get your food but I appreciate how steaming hot that Fatburger patty comes out every time. Plus Fried Egg as a topping!! ? Slap anyone who says "let's go to In-N-Out" and then go buy them a Fatburger.

Update: Went back to this location about 2 weeks ago (first week of July 2024) I ordered a kingburger and a strawberry shake for my son. The restaurant was empty except one person in line ahead of me. It took 23 minutes to get the order. While I do get the food is made to order, there is no excuse for that length of a delay.
Food is good but service is bad. Last time I was there the cashier literally could not understand basic English such as "can you read back my order", "I did not order that," and can you add "xxyyzz" to the order.
The cashier only memorized the menu names but had no actual understanding other than that. She had to call the cook over multiple times just to process our order. He did not speak English well either but understood enough to help fix what should not be a problem. If I was not with a group I would have walked out as the hassle was not worth it.

The Impossible Burger, with everything and grilled onions, is a winner for me.
Place is a ghost town and its no surprise why. Got some chili cheese fries dryer than my grandmas elbows.So i went and asked for a little more chili (as i showed them how little it was) and they want to charge me for a whole cup of extra chili.No wonder noones wanted to eat here, ive lived here for over 5 years and thought id give it a chance again. Never again lol
