Fatburger & Buffalo's Express

I came in as an Uber driver to pick up and order and asked the kitchen guy for a water cup to get water because I was thirsty and haven’t been able to stop buy one and he just said “we don’t give out water”… That sucks to not be able to give out water… that should be free and not denied since everyone needs water. Sucks to see that now you have to pay to drink water 🤷‍♂️

The food literally made me feel sick fifteen minutes after eating it. Unacceptable.

All three of my burgers were missing lettuce and one was a skinny, regular fries were soggy and no flavor. The guy who helped me had a, “I hate it here attitude”, did not say one word to me, I would ask for ketchup he just would get it, I asked for a cup holder the same, no customer service etiquette what soever, he seemed to be upset at another employee who was living for the day, regardless I will never order from this location again.

They messed my order up so bad. They wouldn't answer the phone to resolve the issue. I don't know how they get good ratings.

Ordered their buy one get one on uber eats for burger and sweet potatoes fries. I immediately called after placing my order and asked for them to switch one of the orders of fries to fat fries and include ranch. They said they would, but when I got the food they didn’t follow the instructions and gave two sweet potatoe fries and no ranch. Food was good, but service was trash.

When you call to place a ored they never Answer the phone and because supposedly there busy but when you get there the place is empty 😫

I love Fatburger and this location is very convenient; the cashiers are very kind but sometimes the back will mess up your order and/or give you the wrong sandwich entirely. Just be sure to check your order before you leave, trust me.

False advertisement of the bone in hot wings no flavor no sauce big they gave me a little order of fries no salt on them don't waist ur money r time then I called to complain f didn't even answer the phone I called twice and let it ring it cost me 23 dollars and I had a milk shake that wasn't all 7 dollars either couldn't find there store on the internet at first

The burger was excellent. Fat fries are steak fries and average. Not a place I'd recommend to dine in, but if you want a delicious burger i do recommend.

Out out of some of the flavors for the wings.Pitcher shows crispy Chicken Sandwich with cheese.But you gotta pay extra if you want cheese
