I came here for lunch and ordered the mushroom pot. Unfortunately, I found mold on the tofu cubes inside the dish. This was very disappointing and concerning from a food safety perspective.
The staff were polite, but serving spoiled food is unacceptable.

Delicious chuan chuan and hotpot. Great service. Very good portions for such cheap price. Currently they have buy one get one for drinks. We got a tomato soup hotpot that had a lot of veggies and meat and fishballs in it. The pork and lamb chuan chuan were flavored well.

Food was delicious. Today was my boyfriend’s birthday and we spent it at the Science Center nearby. I looked up food near by and this popped up as an option. I’m putting this on my favorites list. Good was so delicious and had great seasoning.
this hotpot is authentic, reasonably priced, and DELICIOUS! they offer both meat and vegetarian options, and the service is always fast and kind. this is within fryft distance for USC students + discounted for certain clubs. just be careful because the neighborhood surrounding this plaza isnt too safe. overall, 5/5 stars!
In November 2024, we visited a hotpot and skewer restaurant near USC at Fig’s Corner. The interior was spacious and clean, with trendy decor and excellent service.
We ordered the crispy fried pork, which had a crunchy exterior and tender meat, perfectly complemented by chili powder—absolutely delicious! The scallops with glass noodles were generously seasoned with garlic, which I personally loved. The grilled eggplant was soft and flavorful. We tried their signature beef hotpot, which featured a Sichuan-style spicy broth. The beef was lean, and the grilled lamb skewers were aromatic, though the leeks were a bit tough to chew. Aside from that, we enjoyed everything. The brown sugar rice cake for dessert was highly recommended, and the milk tea was also very good. Best of all, the prices were very reasonable! We had a great time dining there.
