The staff were very friendly but the food was subpar and I paid $40 for 12 inch sandwiches to much money to be disappointed 😞 but Gaurav was amazing customer service on point.

I went in yesterday to pick up an online order that I made for a sandwich, when I arrived I left empty handed and disappointed because someone ended up stealing my sub from the pick up section and I emailed support but didn’t hear nor receive anything back

Bad service. I walked in 5 minutes to 9:00pm and the website says open until 9:30pm. There were still customers in the restaurant. These 2 workers are closing early and stealing company time. I left hungry and unsatisfied.
Very friendly service and a delicious sub! The sandwiches are great quality and bang for your buck. They have a great variety to choose from with plenty of options for add ins. Overall great experience here. Will return!

Got my order wrong the last two times I ordered. Called to ask a question and the team member was rude. If that's going to be the case I will no longer be ordering from Firehouse Subs where the team members lack customer service.

Over priced sandwich ? and not very good. For $17.00 it was the worst sandwich I have had in a long time. Service was terrible and so was their attitude. Will NEVER go there again. Don't recommend it to ANYONE.
