Worst experience. I was overcharged for my food, I wanted hashbrowns and ham and the cashier offered me #1 I say no because I didn't want the eggs she told me that I could have 2 bacon pieces instead I said ok I had to request my receipt and after check it notice 2.00 extra dollars charge when I asked the cashier she told me it was the bacon, I reply to her you never told me the extra charge, her responsibility as a cashier is to inform the extra charge and she let me standing by myself with no answer, no apologies, no nothing.

It's been couple of years I have been at First Street Burgers at the time the burgers were very good and others items were good. I bought my wife to get a burger and show her around the area. The restaurant have gone many changes since I have been many years ago. The restaurant look nice it have a patio. We decided to order a cheeseburger combo and hamburger Combo. They call our number them I pick our food from the counter. The food looks very good then I a bite of my fries they were very crispy and have that crunch that I really like. The cheeseburger was very good and juicy and the flavors were amazing. My wife enjoy her hamburger Combo very much.

went to get burgers like i always have and this new lady doesnt know what she is doing. she took my order wrong and when i went back she was like” i heard wrong and didnt get your order correct”… when i asked for my order correct she was like “you have to pay more”… why if she was the incorrect one she was like “i know i messed up but you have to pay more and i cant fix yourorder”… when i placed the order i even pointed to the picture they have outside the order window and she still took it wrong….i aksed for the owner/supervisor and they told me he was Samuel and to go back the next day to “see if this can be fixed”…. really new lady needs to learn how to listen and not just hear…. this place has been here for decades and this is the first time something like this has happend
