amazing food and great service. one star removed for it being one of the loudest restaurants i’ve ever been to. if you have sensitive hearing i would not recommend this place unless they bother to incorporate some acoustic treatment to the dining room.
Walked in just to grab a bite and a drink, and walked out knowing every server, every bartender, every bussers, even some of the chefs names. The food is fantastic and still somehow manages to take a backseat to the staffs efforts and hospitality. Come for special occasions, or come to just chat at the bar. But come and come again
This place serves the best fried chicken I’ve ever had. I knew it from the first bite. I’m 50. I’ve had a lot of fried chicken! Come here and get the fried chicken. Also the duck. And the carrot salad… probably some other stuff.
