Five Guys in Los Angeles

“Went on the 4th of July and the lobby was clean and full of customers eating delicious food. The Manager Vanessa took my order and helped me understand the menu. I ordered a Little cheeseburger and small Cajun fries. Definitely worth the visit to this location. The atmosphere was lovely along with the music playlist. I'll definitely be back to order a hotdog next time.“

“Came in for lunch Friday afternoon and was greeted by two employees. If you ever come here, be prepared to spend an arm and a leg for a meal. $20 for a burger, fries and drink??? The prices are insane, but for the quality of the food is top notch. Five guys is a once in a while thing.
I ordered the grilled cheese cheeseburger with a little fry and a large drink. I have to admit, the burger was great. The grilled cheese bun added a different level of texture and flavor. I highly recommend it. Fries were great but could have used a little more salt. That is my personal preference, though. There were many drink options to choose from. The Hi-C is good.
Now, the employees were great and super friendly, but I noticed that one wasn’t washing his hands or wearing gloves when sweeping and cleaning the tables. It was a man with long hair. Plus for a hair net, but at least have some decency to be sanitary, especially when your store is covered in peanuts that could cause an allergy.
Overall experience was good. The store was clean except for some tagging in the restroom, service was good minus the one worker not washing his hands or wearing gloves, and the food, although very expensive, was great and well worth it. 8/10

Vegetarian options: Veggie sandwich.

Dietary restrictions: People with peanut allergies beware. The whole store is covered in them.“

“As always, the burgers are delicious and the brand is synonymous with quality, but the truth is that the shopping center where the restaurant is located isn't that nice. The entire fast-food area, including the tables and chairs, was dirty, as were the bathrooms. There was no hand sanitizer anywhere.

I also couldn't buy water or anything other than soda, so I probably wouldn't return to this location.“

“5 stars all the way across the board because of Nieasha d was the name on my receipt because of her cleanliness I would definitely return it’s a big deal to wash your hands and every food place can learn from her before you put gloves on you wash your hands thanks it’s a great deal to protect the public thankyou“
