I had to use the restroom really bad as I was walking by and stepped in to ask if I could, the staff member politely gave me the code no questions asked. Even though I didn't buy anything and I thought that was really kind. I've been running into trouble with establishments only giving the code to customers only. Due to the kindness I was treated with I will definetly be back and purchase a meal. I don't eat burgers too often and 5 Guys is a bit pricey for me I will come back just because of this experience. I like that they have tables outside so I can sit and enjoy the view of the street and catch some wind & hot frat boys from USC walk by. I've had 5 guys at other locations so I know how to order. I'm going to get everything on it and enjoy the mini meal that's like $12 which isn't bad. They have good fries if I remember correctly. Thanks for letting me pop a squat in your toilet. I will return as a paying customer soon.

I went here not expecting much knowing a bit about the area. It was actually great, everyone working there was doing a good job and the food was typical 5 guys. Soda machines were in good working order and the whole shop was very clean. Only negative was parking but if you're around the area you'll probably be used to that.

Basically, what burger places use to be food made when ordered. There's an actual grill, and you can see your food being made. The optional toppings is a plus. The atmosphere is great and the food is perfect every time. McDonald's,carls and jack in the box are down the street and this blows them out of the water.
The cheeseburger was good but nothing special. Now the fries were delicious and not greasy. My first time there, so I can't speak for the rest of the food.

The most expensive fast food store ever. $10 for a small burger with nothing on it. All ingredients cost extra, it was a cheeseburger consisting of a bun, patty and the cheese slice. no ketchup, cucumber, tomato, lettuce... the basics cost extra? Sorry, real joke. I recommend in-n-out :-)
