I walked in the door and was literally the only customer in the dining room. Two employees acknowledged me. But both of them said it so low and I barely heard them (they were both at the fry station.) Furthermore one of the employees (not sure his shirt wasn't red) looked at me went into a back room and ignored me. The red shirt employee finished an order then came and took my order. All I wanted was a large order of fries. The fries came out very fresh and way too hot so they were just RIGHT. I would sum up my over all experience as subpar that's why your getting 2-stars instead of the 4 or 5 your restaurant should get. Get better employees who move faster and seem to want to be there.

I had to use the restroom really bad as I was walking by and stepped in to ask if I could, the staff member politely gave me the code no questions asked. Even though I didn't buy anything and I thought that was really kind. I've been running into trouble with establishments only giving the code to customers only. Due to the kindness I was treated with I will definetly be back and purchase a meal. I don't eat burgers too often and 5 Guys is a bit pricey for me I will come back just because of this experience. I like that they have tables outside so I can sit and enjoy the view of the street and catch some wind & hot frat boys from USC walk by. I've had 5 guys at other locations so I know how to order. I'm going to get everything on it and enjoy the mini meal that's like $12 which isn't bad. They have good fries if I remember correctly. Thanks for letting me pop a squat in your toilet. I will return as a paying customer soon.

I went here not expecting much knowing a bit about the area. It was actually great, everyone working there was doing a good job and the food was typical 5 guys. Soda machines were in good working order and the whole shop was very clean. Only negative was parking but if you're around the area you'll probably be used to that.

Basically, what burger places use to be food made when ordered. There's an actual grill, and you can see your food being made. The optional toppings is a plus. The atmosphere is great and the food is perfect every time. McDonald's,carls and jack in the box are down the street and this blows them out of the water.
I love the burgers here as you can choose how well you want the meat to be cooked. Fresh ingredient lovely staff amazing burger.
