I ordered a burger through doordash for in store pick up. I was charged $15.63. When I got home and cut my burger in half, it was fully pink. Not cooked at all. When i went back to get a refund, they refunded me $13.02 and said to contact doordash for a refund and that they wasn't even suppose to refund me. So i was overcharged and given low quality of food and not even fully refunded. I could've got food poison if i was a fat ass and start eating the burger on my way home.
Recommended dishes: Bacon Cheeseburger
Came in for lunch Friday afternoon and was greeted by two employees. If you ever come here, be prepared to spend an arm and a leg for a meal. $20 for a burger, fries and drink??? The prices are insane, but for the quality of the food is top notch. Five guys is a once in a while thing.
I ordered the grilled cheese cheeseburger with a little fry and a large drink. I have to admit, the burger was great. The grilled cheese bun added a different level of texture and flavor. I highly recommend it. Fries were great but could have used a little more salt. That is my personal preference, though. There were many drink options to choose from. The Hi-C is good.
Now, the employees were great and super friendly, but I noticed that one wasn’t washing his hands or wearing gloves when sweeping and cleaning the tables. It was a man with long hair. Plus for a hair net, but at least have some decency to be sanitary, especially when your store is covered in peanuts that could cause an allergy.
Overall experience was good. The store was clean except for some tagging in the restroom, service was good minus the one worker not washing his hands or wearing gloves, and the food, although very expensive, was great and well worth it. 8/10
Vegetarian options: Veggie sandwich.
Dietary restrictions: People with peanut allergies beware. The whole store is covered in them.

Today is the 1st time I've ever had a burger from that wasn't good. And saddens me because I like 5 Guys. The bread wasn't the same is the best way to explain. It's something I've noticed with more and more with fast food chains, the bread. To me it changes the whole taste of the burger itself.
I'll give 5-Guys one more chance and if this is how they make their burgers from now on, I simply won't be going to them anymore.

Came in at 9pm on a Wednesday. The staff was exceptional. There was a taller man with a mustache that took my order. He turned my day around and probably doesn’t even know it.

Great burgers. Not a fan of the a la carte only pricing.

Horrible! The fries expensive, small and they were old and burn! The two cheeseburgers were soggy, tasteless, and meat burned. Paid $34.02! I don't mind paying a lot but it must be good food. Never again and ownership had no decency to return my negative feedback.

Staff are friendly and great. Food is good. Just adding a photo here because I was surprised by their price increases. Everything had gone up $2-$3 since I was last here.

It was the best hamburger I've had during my seven-day trip to the United States. Also, I would like to express my great appreciation for providing free fries that I could not order by mistake. In summary, it was better than In-N-Out
