You can experience authentic Korean taste of flame at this place. A must go.

Ordered for delivery. Got the base with protein bowl regular size. With white rice and angus beef with magic sauce. I wish I had asked for some hot sauce or chili sauce for some added spice. I like my food cold flavor for sure. Decent size portion and it came with napkins and forks which was good. Did not take very long, came warm. Minus the delivery fee it was not a bad deal. Ordered from the Westwood store on Weyburn. Not bad for a lunch meal but wish I had some more condiments or sauce. Would also be good with furikaki seasoning.

I would first like to thank the Manager/Owner Ms. Claudia Ceja for her professionalism and courtesy. I have been eating at the Westwood location for years and they do an awesome job on their bowls both chicken and beef! I always get extra veggies and I am now a huge fan of their brown rice! I had an unfortunate experience that had nothing to do with the quality of food or Claudia and she was kind enough to contact me and we are very happy and will be eating there again in the near future. Thank you Claudia.

I'm a big fan of the franchise, but this location lacks is quality. 1 Star!!! I visited this location on 8/14/19 and purchased a mini half and half bowl. The workers seemed friendly enough, but the food took longer than usually because of a larger, (possible catering), order ahead of me. That was a non-issue but worth mentioning. The real problem arose when I received my order. I quickly noticed a hair in my bowl. Both male employees working near the front had fairly short hair, but I suspect someone else in the back is the culprit. I immediately brought it to the worker that handed me my food as I removed the hair. In all fairness he offered to replace the untouched dish immediately. (Great response on his part). I graciously said, no thank you, and claimed to be fine. I just wanted to inform him. To be honest, I felt the whole batch was probably tainted and I was starving. So a new serving probably wouldn't have made a difference. ... here is were the real problem lies. The protein quality. The chicken and beef both tasted sub-par. I've eaten at many Flame Broiler locations and the quality of protein seems similar, but this location had a gross taste and odor to it. I want to chalk it off as low quality, but I won't eliminate the idea of nearly spoiled meat. I say nearly because I did not get sick, but it had that smell of expiration date. *Expiration date smell is that beef or chicken you purchased from the deli a few days prior, that you are about to cook at home when you notice combination of off color and/or smell. (I always toss it out to be safe). So after several bites, but far from completion I threw it away. Like the hair, I felt like a complaint would had done nothing for me. $7 is not worth arguing over, but I did feel compelled to yelp my experience. And as mentioned earlier, the employees and service seemed fair enough, but the most important thing feel short... the food quality.

Bad service , over cooked rice and dry tough meat. Should have gone to In N Out. Never again.

One of the ladies at the register has a bad attitude and gets annoyed when you get there to place an order.

I don't have much to say - it's pretty no frills, with a protein and base (I got half chicken and beef with veggies and rise). Mini bowl is a good deal! Food came out super quickly and its main draw is probably convenience.

Shares spot with donut shop. Friendly service and decent prices for a plate of chicken. The ingredients taste fresh and the service is quick. Its not rotisserie but chopped up.
