I recently visited the Flame restaurant in Los Angeles. While the bread baked in the tanoor was excellent, the rest of the meal didn’t live up to expectations. I had koobideh that wasn’t tender or juicy, and my wife had tahdig with two stews: gheimeh, which was decent, and ghormeh sabzi, which wasn’t great. The tahdig itself was disappointing too. Overall, I’d give the place maybe a two out of five because the bread was the only highlight, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Love this place. It’s my favorite Persian food in LA. I’ve been coming here and ordering from here since 2010. Food is always fresh and delicious with generous portions

**Delicious Persian Cuisine at Flame!**

I recently dined at Flame Persian Restaurant and had a fantastic experience! I ordered the white fish with rice and salad, and it was absolutely delicious. The fish was perfectly cooked—flaky and tender, and paired so well with the flavorful rice. The fresh salad was a great addition, offering a nice balance of textures and flavors.

My friend went with the chicken kabob, and it was equally impressive. The chicken was juicy, well-seasoned, and grilled to perfection. The portion sizes were generous, and we both left completely satisfied.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy, and the service was friendly and attentive. If you're craving authentic Persian food, Flame is definitely a place you should check it out.

Very good and flavorful kabobs and interior was neat and clean definitely worth it

Super tasty. Large portions. Usually can find nearby street parking. The fesenjoon really impressed me - great flavors.

Good food, friendly staff reasonable prices everything I tried was really good. I think the fresh bread is key. Shahram dead a great host.

The owner lady is a certified Female Dog, her poor husband left for the night. I feel sorry for him,. She needs to go to manners school. They lost a very good client, if they only knew. There are many other options in the area.

Not recommended! What they add to gheymeh is anything but tomato paste. I have been sick since I ate it 5 days ago! Quantity is good but quality is zero. Definitely you need to work on the taste.
