We arrived at 11 and they said they were running late would open 11:30. Waited a long time while they prepared take out online orders first. The lady called out the orders if you were not right there it was hard to hear. Burger was not hot. Terrible service.

Very pleasant burger joint, except for the seating perhaps. But that doesn't matter.
The burgers and the rest are great and definitely worth it.

Food is fantastic. Service was different, it was self serve order and then no one really talks to you. Staff is SUPER busy.
Atmosphere was good, just extremely small. But food was WORTH it! If you have time, it was an amazing Smash Burger

Really good if not a bit overpriced, the burger was cooked amazing and tasted delicious but the amount of sauce on the burger killed a ton the burger taste. The sauce was also a bit sweeter then I expected but not bad by any means.

Not so good burgers and fries not impressed don't really like In-N-Out but would prefer it over this spot. I went to the montebello location for burgers and fries there's a better place down the street

went closer to closing, was treated like an absolute burden to the cashier.
he kept saying they were closing and he wants to leave early, I think his exact words were:
"we tryinna get out of here so we can enjoy our night, I need yall to leave"
"im gonna start cleaning and spraying tables down, I'm saying this now incase anything gets on you"
mind you he was yelling this out to everyone at the restaurant with 5-10 minutes before closing, and nearly everyone was at the tail end of their meal, but he kept spraying tables next to customers eating to get them to leave, there were plenty of empty tables he could have started...anyway dude was rude, and not the first rude experience anyone's had with him.
food came out cold, not warm or lukewarm....like actually cold, been sitting out for 20 min cold.

I have added additional tomatoes and lettuce two times because their original burger didn't have much veggies.
For me, the combination of juicy patty and the freshness of veggies being wrapped in a buttery bun is important.
And it tasted very good. Easily top 3 burgers in LA I've tried.
