7.6/10 I got the double patties smash burger. It was pretty good. I thought the buns texture was great. It was soft yet chewy, with the right amount of dough. The patties were a little lacking in my opinion. It needs more salt, but the sauce did a good enough job of covering up the flavor aspect (which could be a con for some people). The flavor of the beef itself was a little underwhelming. I've had better quality beef patties before around same price point. It was also a little dry for some parts.

Not only is this the best burger in LA, but the customer service truly goes above and beyond. I had an issue with an order I accidentally placed wrong through a delivery app, and when I reached out and explained the situation, they fixed it right away. Super thoughtful and helpful team. I really appreciate the kindness and care. Can’t wait to come back! Kudos to the guy with dreadlocks. He’s awesome!

We arrived at 11 and they said they were running late would open 11:30. Waited a long time while they prepared take out online orders first. The lady called out the orders if you were not right there it was hard to hear. Burger was not hot. Terrible service.

Very pleasant burger joint, except for the seating perhaps. But that doesn't matter. The burgers and the rest are great and definitely worth it.
Really good if not a bit overpriced, the burger was cooked amazing and tasted delicious but the amount of sauce on the burger killed a ton the burger taste. The sauce was also a bit sweeter then I expected but not bad by any means.

Food is fantastic. Service was different, it was self serve order and then no one really talks to you. Staff is SUPER busy.
