Took 15mins for 2 burgers on a Sunday at 6pm. Not super worth 12$ a cheese burger, it’s all self serve but the staff are tentative if you need assistance. Parking was free since it’s Sunday but took 15 mins to find a spot

Got a double cheese burger, but it really felt like I got 1 patty and one cheese. I was surprised that this place charges you extra for lettuce and tomatoes. I wouldn't be surprised if they start charging you extra for them to season your burger or fries.

These were definitely the best smash hamburgers and cheeseburgers we've ever had. ? a little spicy and the sauce for the sweet potato fries was also perfect.
It’s whatevers… Decided to try it due to some instagramer raving about it. In in out is better and more affordable than this. If you’re in downtown and lazy to drive out, this is the place.

Ambiance: It's in Grand Central market downtown, so it's chaotic. There are tons of people everywhere, long lines all over the place, just like any other food court.
Food: I really enjoyed this burger. It was flavorful and perfectly cooked, and the fries were good and not over salted. It's definitely a solid place.
Service: fairly quick for the line. Waiting, I just walked around to see what else the market had to offer, two laps around, and my order was ready.
Parking over here is not great, mostly paid. So, if you plan on just going in for a quick bite plan accordingly.

Burger was okay typical smash burger; patties thinly smashed into oblivion. My burger is a double but yet that picture truly shows what an $18 dollar burger will get you here. I order from uber eats because everyone so busy in their own world that there was no cashier. Once I pick up my order, I opened it to noticed no fries!! Quickly I inconvenienced a worker that was on her phone to get me my fries I paid for. No customer service whatsoever, not even a sorry about that or anything. Once I tried the fries, over salty and cold, they should have just kept them. First and last time I’ll stop here.
