I loved the entire vibe. the servers, the ambiance, the food, the scene. This is a must. It reminded me of the tapa bars I went to in Barcelona. I haven’t found very many spots like this in LA!

The RIG Emporium

Overall, a wonderful experience with a great vibe that felt like a mix of East Coast charm and a London-style atmosphere.

We ordered fresh oysters, grilled blue prawns in butter, the cod sandwich with a side of fries, and the lobster roll with fries. Everything was very tasty, though slightly saltier than our preference. The portions were a bit small for the price.

While it’s definitely on the pricey side, the quality and ambiance made it enjoyable, and we would come back again.

I would give the staff 10 stars if I could. Extremely kind, efficient, and helpful. The food and ambiance were absolutely outstanding, too!

My husband & I love this place. It has the best and freshest oysters here. We love the fried oysters here as well as the raw options. We’ve been coming here since we started dating & will continue to come back!

We had the lobster rolls. They were okay but super tiny. Ive never had a lobster Roll that small. Taste was okay but I wouldn't order again. The wedge salad was pretty good with Bleu cheese and bacon.

It was just ok in my book.
The oyster were good, the cod sandwich not so much - very mushy for what should be crispy outside & fluffy flakes of fish inside sandwich- all the portions seem very small & moderate on taste for the prices the charge especially. I can think of a dozen places with better quality for the same price.

Everything is delicious, the atmosphere is solid, and their servers were attentive but the portions are simply wayyyyyy too small for the price.

Only two types of oysters, they were both on the briny side. I couldve skipped them. But their love the scallop tostada, lobster roll, peel and eat prawns, and crudo. Key lime pie is great too. We got their prawn special and dipped our fries from the LR in the buttery sauce of the prawn dish, delish. Went very early twice (4p) and had to wait 15’ once and no wait the second time

Tiny space, big flavor. Fresh oysters, buttery lobster rolls, and cool wines. Romantic and buzzy all at once.

This place is soooo good. The server was very conscious of allergies and worked hard to accommodate. She was always there and ready. The staff in general kept the bites coming. The scallop tostado is one of the best things I’ve had. Several of the dishes were excellent. Of course, the oysters were delicious. Pleased we found this place.
