Excellent coffee as long as you stick to the 12 oz size.
Tried 16 oz hot latte for the first time the other day and it just tasted like steamed oat milk. I didn’t not enjoy paying $10 for steamed oat milk.
I recommend getting The Frank Standard or Vanilla Latte, but not Maple Latte. With taxes and tip, 12 oz coffee comes out to be about $8.00.
Parking is difficult, street parking only.

I’m pretty picky about my coffee, and I love Frank. Always my go-to for a perfect iced americano but they do matcha well also. Super friendly service every time. I tried a few samples of their cookies last time and they were delicious. Tucked away on a less busy street of downtown but super convenient location.

I walk in and “Just” by Radiohead is playing. Not your typical coffee shop music, so I was already impressed.Kris was the Barista on duty and she’s just as cool as you’d imagine a barista playing Radiohead would be. She polite and fast as lighting. She made three drinks in less than 3min.All the coffee comes with a double shot & they are full of flavor.The cookies are colossal! The cookie almost couldn’t fit in my hand! lolMake sure you dip your cookie in the coffee!

UPDATE: After receiving their survey results, the company reached out to apologize and they refunded the order without us even asking. Apparently it was a bad coffee batch due to a lapse in process. I appreciate their prompt response and refund, so I’ll definitely come back when I’m in the area.Original Post:Service was fast and friendly, the maple latte was pretty good, but the drip coffee was the most acidic, foul coffee my partner and I have ever tasted. Our bar for drip coffee is pretty low and this was not even close to drinkable. It was so bad that it tested vaguely like chemicals and we tossed the completely full cup. We didn’t head back because we had already left the area so hopefully it was a just a bad pot. But wow it was bad.Atmosphere is pretty sparse, certainly not a spot I want to sit and sip my coffee or latte but it meets the needs for a grab n go spot.
