The food is very good but the wait time is unacceptable I ordered a burger fry and a drink it took almost 30 minutes

I'm so mad at myself for not taking pictures to post! The food looked and tasted delicious! Everyone ate all of their food. It was 3 adults and a growing 10 yr old. We had double meaty burgers with bacon, king cheese burger with bacon, a meaty burger and 2 ground turkey tacos. Both meaty burgers were meals and all the burgers had special instructions. All the orders were perfect and the customer service was extremely friendly. Felt like family. Please try this place!

This restaurant is the biggest waste of time and money
in history. I waited 45 minutes for my food, only to be served a burnt and tasteless burger. It was a total disappointment. Even worse, when I ordered delivery, I had multiple occasions where my food never even arrived. I waited for what felt like forever, only to have to cancel the order because it never showed up. The service here is unacceptable, and the food quality is terrible. I will never be coming back.

Not to mention they put so much damn mayonnaise that my bread was technically wet Then the top it all off them Hi ass prices Save your money.

My husband and I love this place. The hamburgers taste so fresh and delicious. They use real meat, like back in days. My husband loves the cheese burgers, and I love the veggies burgers ?.

Great Burger place don't expect to have food waiting under a heat lamp when you get there. They make your food as you order.
Good size portions and always hot and delicious. Takes a little while but it's well worth the wait and one of the few burger places I know that sells turkey burgers on a whole wheat bun.

Total disappointment. I traveled a long way to just to have my money, time. and gas wasted. Please be advised even if the receipt is correct CHECK YOUR ORDER. My receipt was correct but that is not what was in the bag. And food was cold... I'm so upset ? I was truly looking forward to having dinner.

Everybody in the city talks about this burger so I had to finally try it for the first time….And low and behold it is truly a good, solid burger. I got the king beef burger with bacon. The bacon was nice and salty and crispy. The patty was a good size. It has a nice flavor to it. It was juicy. It was seasoned. The fries were the thick cut kind (I’m not into that) but they were still seasoned very well and tasted fresh and The service was friendly and personable. Now, There was a crazy 35 minute wait when I arrived and ontop of that they wouldn’t allow any phone orders; but I still received quick service. Definitely worth trying. Definitely top 5 when it comes to our selection of black owned burger spots in the city. Definitely will be coming back.
