FRESH & YUMMY CAFE

The atmosphere was so nice and welcoming. The food came out quickly and was absolutely delicious. And the staff were all very kind. I definitely suggest getting the flan! Honestly it’s kind of hard finding good and well priced Mexican food in west la so I was super happy to finally try this place and I’ll definitely be coming back to try more food:) Free underground parking!!!

I ate some breakfast and appeared as if I was their first customer as it was empty. Ordered some chilaquiles with a matcha latte. I didn’t think I would like the chilaquiles but they were VERY GOOD. Crunchy, savory, flavorful, 10/10. The matcha on the other hand tasted like mostly milk and a random matcha mix, 2/10. Service was amazing! My waitress was very kind, helpful as it was my first time eating here, and very attentive. Atmosphere was a little homey in a fun way, I could hear the hustle and bustle of their morning prep, the cooks, it was easygoing and generally calm for a morning. Loved my experience, hope to stop by more often.

Top notch. Modern food carefully prepared and presented. Tremendous care in every element of my huevos rancheros and in hubby’s desayuno tipico. I’m bringing my friends and neighbors. Interior clean and inviting. Excellent service. Love it.

This was my first time here and it will not be my last. I ordered their veggie omelette and a Arnold Palmer. My dad ordered the carne asada omelette. We both love the food. I love the atmosphere. As soon as we walked in, the staff welcomed us and smiled at us. They offered if we wanted to eat inside or outside. We chose to eat inside. Our waiter was very polite, and had a smile on his face which is a plus for me. Our food came out quickly. Faster than most restaurants that I have been to. Next time I return, I'm not sure what I will order. The parking is okay, they do have a parking lot, but it's not really that big. Overall the food was amazing.

We were quickly seated on entry at a table that clearly needs wiping, but we had to ask. The wiping was so perfunctory she just moved the mess around. Not a great start.

From the extensive menu I ordered the Santa Fe Salad. The chicken was very dry and a chewing exercise but the dressing was a delicious blend of savoury and sour, complementing the wholesome ingredients. My friend said her Denver Omelette was a bit bland for her liking.

The place was bustling with diners, which is normally a vote of confidence, but our experience was pretty ordinary, reflecting the average rating.

Truly Fresh & Yummy. An unassuming storefront opens up into a vibrant, yet very comforting atmosphere. I just moved to the area and am happy to have such a lovely little cafe so close by, do recommend.

NAILED IT!!! I’ve been unimpressed by the Mexican food I’ve had in LA after moving here. But, this place is an example of some fantastic Mexican food, and boss breakfast plates also. Jorge took excellent care of me and we shared a few laughs. The entire staff is getting after it with a smile and serving up some killer food in a super relaxed atmosphere. Get in here for carnitas.

Alan was able to help us solve our dilemma; I wanted an omelette and my husband wanted pancakes. We couldn’t find a combo for that. But Alan helped us figure out how to make it work. Thank you so much Alan! I hope this family owned business continues to prosper. We plan to return for birria and other delicious plates.

I had one of the best breakfast experience at this cafe! I tried their breakfast burrito with waffles and it was absolutely delicious. The quality and taste were top-notch - everything was fresh and cooked to perfection. The price are very reasonable, I will definitely be returning for more!

Today, ordered an iced horchata latte with an extra shot & almond milk. As well as the breakfast burrito combo with sausage and waffles. Absolutely incredible.
Love this place, I try to come here as often as possible so I can work my way through the menu, and you should too.
