Fresh Brothers Pizza Brentwood

Do yourself a favor and go buy a frozen Red Baron pizza at the grocery store for half the price. This personal 7inch pizza was $11.50, too much sauce and too much cheese for a pizza this thin. Where is the crust? After 1 bite all of the cheese comes sliding off the whole piece. This is double the price of a frozen pizza at the grocery store and twice as small and it tastes exactly the same. Horrendous, don’t bother.

The girl at the cash register is very irritable and not helpful at all. As long as such a person is there, I will never come to this store again.

Really disappointed with my experience with Fresh Brothers. I needed the food to arrive by noon, so to be safe, I scheduled it for 11:45AM (they only had 15 minutes increments) and even placed the order the day before. At 11:04AM, I got a notification saying the food would be delivered at 11:35AM—way earlier than scheduled and a whole half an hour before I need it. I immediately called the store to ask if they could delay it closer to 11:45 or even noon. After some back and forth, they assured me they could keep it warm and hold the order.

Instead, at 11:29AM, I got a notification that the food had already been delivered—even earlier than what they initially said. If I wanted it before 11:30, I would’ve chosen that time slot! I called back, understandably upset. At this point, it felt like they completely brushed off my request—on two separate calls. Not only did they not hold the order, it arrived earlier than before I called.

All they could offer for the cold pizza and pasta was a coupon. I asked for a discount off the compromised order because this is a larger order than I would normally buy, but they refused. Just an awful customer experience. Stay away if you have guests counting on the food arriving on time such as during school's lunch hours as is in my case—because apparently, even ordering in advance and calling to confirm doesn't matter.

Very surprised by the reviews, the pizza here has always been solid. The wings are also my favorite and they are baked!! Love the sliders and cinnamon twist as well. Pick your pizza up earlier rather than later!

Fresh Brothers is my Go To for Delivery Pizza and a quick walk in at lunch time. They are always on point with the quality and timeliness. I have ordered for a dinner night with the family and for catering a small party. The food shows up hot and fresh and the service is always friendly and professional. I love that they even have gluten free and vegan options for those of us with food preferences when most pizza places do not. They have that small shop pizza feel in my neighborhood but with a quality I can count on to be what I want at every store. I Love Pizza and I Love fresh brothers!!!!!

We ordered a veggie pizza on Friday night and there pas a peace of sharp glass in it.I know its prob a mistake, but this is really a safety hazard. I normally dont like writing bad reviews to affect businesses, but this was not mistake in the topping or late delivery. The sharp peace of glass, which was relatively big, could have caused serious injuries.They need be held accountable for this mistake/negligence.

I have tried to give this location a chance before. Now tonite is the 3rd time this incompetent and rude staff have screwed up our order. I should have learned my lesson previously. Without rehashing the details, suffice to say it is now 2 hours from when I was told they would re-deliver our order (the first was wildly wrong tonite) - and still we have received nothing. We called back just now, and instead of the employee simply confirming it was now coming to our address, he just kept say “ all delivery orders are out for delivery”. For some reason he would not confirm that this meant one of the deliveries was for us. Then he hung up on us. Please spare yourself the grief. This place is the worst. So many other good choices in the area. They are fully off the list now.

Mr. Goodman and Mr. Riddle,I was just treated like trash for the second time in a week by a young (looks 19), brown-haired female employee at the Brentwood Fresh Brothers about the placement of my Covid mask. Manager Anthony knows her name. I HAD A MASK ON, BUT A MALE CUSTOMER AT A TABLE HAD NO MASK ON AND WASN'T HARASSED! I WAS!I have previously seen Fresh Brothers Brentwood employees playing video games (including Anthony) and making pizza boxes WITH NO MASKS ON, YET I WEAR A MASK AT YOUR BRENTWOOD LOCATION AND AM TREATED LIKE GARBAGE BY THE YOUNG FEMALE EMPLOYEE. ANTHONY, TOO, TOLD ME TO PULL UP MY MASK TODAY. THAT WAS IT FOR ME!I LEFT FRESH BROTHERS AND ORDERED FOOD NEXT DOOR WHERE I WAS TREATED WITH KINDNESS. FRESH BROTHERS LOST BUSINESS! KEEP HARASSING YOUR CUSTOMERS AND FRESH BROTHERS WILL BE OUT OF BUSINESS!
