Ordered a Lavender Matcha and the matcha did not taste like matcha from other Starbucks yet they use the Starbucks logo. The inflated price makes sense because it's from a college but it's still significant.
I watched as they only scooped 3 matcha for a venti drink but Im pretty sure it's 4 scoops, and I asked for two. Also didn't mix the matcha enough there was still a lot of powder floating.
All in all over priced and underwhelming.
i mobile ordered so not sure ab the service or atmosphere but the food was typical starbucks. paid 90 cents more for cream cheese on my bagel, thought they’d spread it but they give me a packet and i could not open it ?.
The price is about 1-2 dollars more than Starbucks, depending on the drink. When asked for a tall, was given an 8oz drink (supposed to be 12oz). As a white label Starbucks, it's a location that price-gouges students on a tight budget and not enough time to walk 15 min off campus for the same drink at a better price.
It's unbelievable that CSUN is alright with this arrangement.

I am not the one to leave bad reviews, but this place is actually ridiculous and has caused me genuine frustration a number of times. There have been times where they kicked everyone out and closed early, and sometimes they aren't open at all during the listed hours. I get it, understaffing is an issue in a lot of places. But if you're paying $6 for a small latte, I would expect the place to at least be open until the listed closing time. If the hours changed, then post the new hours! It's already not fun paying an excessive amount for coffee and a pastry, only to have to be interrupted when doing your schoolwork because the place is closing early, unbeknownst to you.
They got coffee here??
I wait and wait 29 minutes for a coffee.
It's just a Starbucks. And if you don't have a CSUN parking permit, you'll be walking a little bit.
I’m not sure why Google maps says the thos location is still closed. Freudian Sip at the Sierra Center is now open and has been for a few weeks! This location is pretty crowded at 9AM so be prepared to either wait a while or order online. They make all the Starbucks staple drinks and are well stocked with some sandwiches, breakfast pastries and desserts. All the student employees are very sweet!Ample indoor and outdoor seating for everyone!
Can't complain. Works when I need a caffeine fix
