Know that there is a validation at the tea that gives a discount when paying for parking. The decor was not Christmas-forward as expected. It relied on the architecture, which is lovely. There was no history provided on the menu for the historic hotel. As a native, I was disappointed.
Always such an amazing experience this is why I return off it. The staff is very friendly at tentative and always on point. I would always highly recommend this place for afternoon tea.
For the price I don't think the experience was as good as it can be. It was a good tea service but I've had better and for less money.
This is one of the best teas you can find! Great scones, although they should be served warm! Finger sandwiches, little cakes and pastries like mini lemon meringue, chocolate cake and sandwiches toppped with caviar! All very tasty and paired with beautiful China, with sugar cubes and various assorted teas. There should be a better selection of teas too... the staff is attentive and polite and the place is so elegant and historical too so quite memorable
The afternoon tea food was great. Wanted more tea though. Lack of tea service was a little disappointing
We came for the Wickedly Tea Party . It was a fun show and the event was held in a ballroom usually reserved for special events. We love the experience.
Well generally the atmosphere is excellent only there are lots of people trepassing which make me feel annoying
The high tea was a wonderful event. My daughter, granddaughter, and I had a marvelous time. Thank you!
Limited menu but decent quality food. Attentive staff and not too loud. Cozy feel with a lot of tables for 2. Great place to go if you're eating late in the hotel because the neighborhood at night is gross.

Truly a hidden gem at this historic hotel in downtown Los Angeles. We ran a bit late but they were so accommodating and understood the traffic situation living in Los Angeles. My son's mother-in-law and I had a very special bonding time at the most beautiful ambiance! The sandwiches were great, I loved them all! And believe it or not, we finished everything, except for the scones as we got so full! The selection of teas were great! Service was at par! Also, one thing I noticed was that we did not feel rushed at all, and we had the time to tour around the historic property and even took photos! Valet parking for $20 was available so it made parking an easier situation for us! Overall, I would go back there again!

Mother's Day brunch was like a cafeteria cattle call. Not worth more than a dinner at Golden Corral, and honestly they'd have better food and service. Waiters were eating off the buffet in front of me. 0/5 stars
The whole experience with the beautiful tea cups and plates and the live viola, made the experience so wonderful and one to remember.
The worse experience in service and food, came for the Valentines fixed menu and the meat was so hard you could
not cut it with a knife. Our jaws hurt from chewing!!! Took about 30 minutes just to get water and that was because I had to go get the waiter. My family and I are shock of the whole experience and so disappointed the price is nothing compared to the quality! We paid $750.00 for a family of 4 the worse!

We stopped by for drinks, and it was a really great time. The cocktail menu was incredible, the staff was so friendly—shout out to Barbara, can’t wait to come back for the full dining experience when it’s ready!
It was a very interesting experience for the afternoon tea. I put down my diet request which was gluten free, no diary, no nuts and sugar. The manager and the kitchen made the special menu just for me and everything was very tasty. I really appreciated their thoughtful hospitality and the professionist. A very elegant and enjoyable afternoon tea.
