The food is not good here. The only reason this place has a good rating is because they offer a free soda if you write a 5 star review. The bossam was not fresh, the gamjatang was bland, and the service is mediocre. Don’t trust the reviews here.

Very delicious, amazing Lunch specials! Fresh ingredients, tasty! and great packaging for delivery as well

Update: Last time I did this review I was not able to provide photos, since the food is so delicious just wanna dig in and eat right away I forgot to take photos, this time I remembered to take some photos and do a proper review!.

This is the lunch special (Bossam) listed on uber eats for I believe $22-$23 which is the BEST DEAL! I would say from any other restaurant I have ordered bossam from. I would say this is the best hands down in KTOWN. If you have yet not tried I recommend you do! they have the best sides as well as you can see on photo with assorted veggies and it includes a delicious kimchi stew as well with some pieces of pork meat included inside the soup which is definitely a bonus! The taste is always fresh and packaging is always on point! their is a reason why I keep coming back for more !

Another favorite dish of mine is their japchae! Don't have photo but I recommend to ordering as well as they cook it to perfection. I have had issues with other restaurants when I ordered japchae being too salty and having too much soy sauce. GamBoJok is hands down probably the only place that cooks it just right perfect taste!

Besides their food being extremely delicious the staff is just wonderful!! They're so kind and sweet ! makes sense why this business is so successful! Definitely this place has become one of my favorite places to order from! Don't miss out and give it a try!

The gamjatang is amazing here, highly recommended. I'm Korean and it's one of my favorite dishes.

Free soda with a review! Unfortunately, the bosam and Gamjatang was not very good. Their service and atmosphere was good but I would not come back.

Overall does not stack up against the myriad other Korean joints in the area, but if the other places on the area are closed and you have no other options then it is acceptable.

Something like the Jordan Poole of Korean restaurants— okay as a fourth option, but inadvisable as a first option (and you may find yourself at the bottom of the eastern conference).

Dont come here if you’re looking for great authentic korean foods. This is NOT the place because pork in the soup was old and bossam was dry and smelly. Just wasted $60.

Excellent food and ambience situated on a 2nd floor of a shopping plaza. Good tastes great so were the delicious appetizers. Free parking on site and wheel chair accessible via elevator. Five stars.

The owner changed three times in the past year, the taste went way down. It used to be our favorite takeout place, now it taste terrible and expensive, never going back again.

The pork bone soup was one of my favorite dishes I’ve ever tasted! I ordered spice level hot and it was not spicy but had a good flavor to it (I eat a lot of spicy chiles and foods). The pork bone had a lot of meat on it and the broth was full of flavor. Would recommend coming here and trying any of their dishes - they are all very tasty.

This gem is tucked away up above, in a small little unassuming corner. But once you find, it's like heaven! And not because they put a bunch instrumentals sprinkled with Christian sayings on the TV, but the food is REALLY good, and decently priced. Good portions, and they don't try to gouge you. Very fair! I got the 보쌈 (Bossam), because it's in their name. Was not disappointed at all! Ambiance was very cute too!

Parking: If you come here during the weekdays in the middle of the day, it's not bad at all. There's even underground parking. It's when you get anywhere in K-Town on the weekends, that the 파킹 아저씨's come out to enforce & regulate.

Okay…

My friend and I came on a Thursday evening and no one else came in?

The food was incredibly mid, the kimchi tasted so odd, and the bulgogi had such an oily aftertaste.

Was bamboozled by the good reviews but please avoid. So many better options in Ktown.

Just freaky vibes that no one came in? ?

It's a good place to eat in the area, it's small and medium-sized.

This restaurant is really delicious. In particular, the side dish looked like Taiwanese ru rou (stewed pork), which brought tears to my eyes as I thought about my hometown.
