Very friendly service and good food! We got the gamjatang with noodles, pancake, Daeji Bo-Ssam, bimbimbab with purple rice. Each dish is flavorful! Good serving size.

I pack Gamjatang at a discounted price for a lunch event. I pack several servings for each person and put them in the freezer at home. I take them out one by one and add Gamjatang. I boil Cheongyang peppers and green cabbage and freeze them. Then I add them one by one, add Ottogi beef bone powder, boil it in one pot and eat it. It's delicious... of course it's delicious even if you order it for one person at a restaurant. To be honest, I don't think there's any Gamjatang in the U.S. that's as delicious as this restaurant. I've also tried grilled fish instead of Gamjatang. They did a good job. The food was generally delicious. The workers were friendly. If I go to LA in the future, I will order gamjatang from this place, put it in the freezer at home, and take it out one by one... It was an experience I have been going to for over 10 years...

They’ve been dishing out authentic Korean food since 1994. Their gamjatang, or spicy pork bone soup, is an absolute must-try! The broth is super tasty without being too spicy, and the meat just falls off the bone. Plus, at the end of your meal, they use the leftover broth to make kimchi fried rice for you 🔥

I came here with my family, as it’s my mother’s favorite place to take out gamjatang. They do not disappoint even a bit. The broth is so much deeper compared to the other gamjatangs I’ve had. 10/10 recommened.

Highly recommended Gamjatang place, they've been in community for 40 + years, and I see the reason why after dining in.

Gamjagol is my go to gamjatang in all of Socal! Their gamjatang is the most deep in flavor out of everywhere else and service is on point. It gives you that old korean traditional vibes, making the experiences great every time.

I was worried because many reviews said it was unfriendly, but not at all. Even though I came alone during lunch time, I was welcomed! Even though I didn't ask for it, they gave me an apron while I was wearing white clothes. Amazing service! The rule for making Gamjatang is to boil it on a burner and eat it with fried rice, but even if I just ate Gamjatang for lunch alone, it was hearty and delicious. Great side dish. It's even more delicious if you ask for mustard sauce to dip the meat in.
