BEWARE!!!
I was honestly looking for a zero-star option for this absolute nightmare of a place.
I’ve been coming here for many years, but after this experience, I am DONE. The problem starts with the rude, incompetent manager (the one in front wearing glasses) who can’t seem to understand basic English or basic customer service.
We were 15th on the waiting list, and somehow we were suddenly removed. I went inside to ask the manager what happened, and instead of explaining, he gave me an attitude, a nasty look, and made it seem like it was my fault. He claimed they “called us several times,” which is a complete lie I never received a single call. When I told him that, he clearly didn’t believe me and responded with yet another rude, dismissive look.
Eventually, they seated our party of 10 (including two kids) in the back. While my wife was ordering food, I stepped away briefly to grab sides. When I came back, my wife told me that our server YELLED at her. I immediately complained to another server, who said they would speak to the manager. I fully expected an apology none ever came. The manager never showed up to address the situation.
I chose not to escalate things because it was a family night, during the holidays, and we were with kids. I stayed calm and tried to enjoy dinner despite the disrespect.
Then the bill arrived and that’s when things got worse.
They charged $16 for my 3-year-old nephew, even though he was measured at the beginning and clearly told he was FREE because he was under the height line. I questioned the charge, and the server told me kids over the line are charged. I explained—again—that he was under the line and had already been measured.
The server then called the manager over. This same useless manager came to the table and said, “Okay, let’s measure him.” I told him he had already been measured before we were seated. He insisted on measuring again even though my nephew was sick and sleeping at that point. I asked him not to disturb a sleeping, sick child.
Instead of showing any understanding, the manager gave me a creepy, sinister smile, like he didn’t believe me or didn’t care. Completely heartless and unprofessional.
I’m sharing this so other parents and families don’t have to go through this garbage experience. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else. The staff here is disrespectful, rude, and openly hostile toward customers.
And to the owner: fire this manager he clearly does not know how to do his job. Also, hire servers who have basic manners and don’t yell at customers.
Absolutely unacceptable.

TO THE MANAGER AND OWNER:
Before responding to this comment, make sure you READ it CAREFULLY and COMPLETELY from beginning to end.
Do not reply with generic apologies, excuses, or scripted responses.
Address every single point clearly and honestly — because this situation was caused by your policy and your staff, not the customer.
On December 24, we dined at your restaurant with 4 adults and a 5-month-old baby.
Without proper explanation, you automatically added an 18% gratuity, treating us as 5 guests.
Let me be absolutely clear:
My baby did NOT eat, did NOT drink water, did NOT use your tissues, did NOT use your chair, did NOT use your restroom, and received absolutely NO SERVICE from your restaurant.
Before we were seated, your staff clearly stated “table for four.”
So explain this: how do you justify counting my infant as a paying guest?
What kind of business does this?
Is this what you consider ethical service in the hospitality industry?
Is your goal to operate a restaurant, or to force gratuity and extract free money from customers under misleading conditions?
Even more unacceptable — the bill itself only charged for 4 adults, yet you still had the audacity to calculate gratuity as if we were 5 people.
So I will ask directly:
Does your owner believe they deserve guaranteed tips for careless and poor service?
Our water was never refilled.
Was it because gratuity was already included, so your staff felt no obligation to properly serve us, assuming the tip was guaranteed??
This is NOT our first time dining at an all-you-can-eat restaurant while bringing our baby, and no other restaurant has ever done something this dishonest, unreasonable, and misleading.
This was a shameful, frustrating, and extremely disappointing experience, especially for what should have been a pleasant visit.
To make matters worse, the floor was slippery and the ceiling was leaking, raising serious concerns about cleanliness and customer safety.
This experience was embarrassing and unacceptable.
I sincerely hope this happened only to us, because if this is how your restaurant routinely operates, it clearly shows that forced gratuity is valued more than genuine service and customer respect.

I would not come back here again, subpar food, terrible customer service, very very loud music that you can even have normal conversation. Very few selections at the salad bar, the side dish bar selections are nothing to write home about.
