This is the best Turkish food in town. The quality of the food is great. Everything is fresh, The portions are pretty big. My favorites are Sultan Delight and Adana kabab. Their Baba ganouj is the best in LA. It's not heavy. They have a small area where you can eat but it's mostly takeout. This place is literally a hidden gem.

Tried this spot for the first time today and let me say it was the best food i've ever tasted. We had the Sultan bowl and tomato and red bell pepper soup both were so flavorful. The service was impeccable and we will be back asap! Great Neighborhood find

I have literally tried Turkish cuisine in 20 different states and it is by far the best quality and most delicious I have ever tasted! Definitely try the Adana wrap! Be sure to drink Beef Bone Marrow soup before the wrap. 10 out of 10 is a friendly, affordable and delicious place! At the end of all this flavor explosion, another tremendous dessert awaits you. Don't forget to save room in your stomach for this dessert!

This place is optimized for take out orders so there are only 3 small tables inside and 3 small tables outside. Since this place is a combination of 3 restaurants, there's a lot of options to choose from. I just got the red lentil soup from Soupchu which was cheap and really hit the spot. I'm definitely coming back whenever I need some soup!

Small parking lot, small dining area. 99% of people who came were pick ups. Beef stew was great, get this. Ocra stew was good More expensive beef with eggplant thing was good Taziki was more wiped than usual but I liked it The tomato thing tasted like great salsa, where the chips at? Beet salad was good, the vinegar flavor worked.

This is my favorite restaurant in California. I have had almost every soup on the menu and I love them all. When I was sick, the chicken soup healed me. I love the banana pudding so much that I'm thinking of having this as the dessert for my wedding instead of cake!

We've been picking up from this spot at least a handful of times and the food never fails! I'm a big fan of their stews, especially the Beef and the Okra ones. Recently tried new Adana Kebab and it's one of the best I've had in LA. Can't go wrong with any of the Mezzes too. Also good and friendly service!

Amazing taste and quality. Probably the best Turkish dishes in California, if not in the US.

Hazer and his staff are amazing!! Provide impeccable service & quality food made with love! Not a dish on their menu I wouldn't recommend. Everything is made fresh and served to perfection! Highly recommend

Amazing!!! Came here on a Wednesday afternoon, and was greeted by Hazer. I was unsure what to order. He was assertive and helpful with my decision. I got the chicken and rice bowl. It was phenomenal! Flavors packed in each bite. The vegetables, chicken and rice were fresh and extremely flavorful. Would highly recommend coming by Gastrobot Eats. Also, their hot sauce was a perfect blend of spice and flavor. Complemented the bowl very well!

The name Gastroboteats is a bit misleading but Sumac is a solid name for the food they create. We were introduced to this place by a friend when he brought a sampling of their sides to treat us. Everything was amazing so we went in person for lunch a week later. We had a wonderful experience eating outside, the service was great and very accommodating… I had the falafel wrap and the Mrs. had a salad. Again, we can’t say enough about the freshness and flavors of everything we have had so far.
