there is NO RESTAURANT AT THIS LOCATION, JUST A BUNCH OF LOCKERS WITH CLUELESS IDIOTS WORKING WHO ARE NO HELP. THERE WAS NO PARKING, NO WAY TO CHECK STATUS OF MY ORDER. DISGUSTING.I called the number of the " restaurant" and just got a answering service.I expect a refund for food i never could get. This scam should be out of business. Im letting everyone i know in the entertainment biz to steer clear of this scam.

I’ve been to this location twice for Mongolian food and both times this place cannot figure out their own ordering system. Despite the already low reviews, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. I placed my order ahead of time only to wait a WHOLE HOUR AND A HALF before getting anything. I had to call the general line twice and both times I received a run-around of them getting in contact with me regarding an update on my food. At this point, my order was placed nearly two hours ago. Do not come here + parking is terrible. Not reliable and expensive.

I would like to share my experience here today. I would say that the food is okay the meat was very dry, I had better at the Culver City mall ,also the whole setting of it allIs so confusing and unwelcoming. And I would like to make it clear that yes it’s confusing but you figure it out and get your food. The delivery drivers that are there to pick up food is what makes it a horribleExperience . They jump over you and don’t respect your space and they cut in line, very rude and disgusting behavior.I would never ever order pick up ever again from this location. It literally takes a team to go pick up your order just for back up ,Those pick up drivers are notOnly very smelly , but very disrespectful. For the men, don’t allow your girl to come here alone.

I like the food here, but this is strictly a delivery place. Tried to go in person today and I have no idea where the restaurant is. There’s no signage, no parking, nothing.

I dont order at the location, but through delivery apps, and the food always arrived fresh and tasty. Portions are good and filling. I can't attest to the atmosphere or service, but I have had food from here multiple times, and no complaints.

This is not a restaurant, it is a cloud kitchen that hosts several different take out food businesses. Do not come here. It is utter chaos. Delivery drivers go in and out of this place like a cow farm. Cars are dangerously parked in the middle of the street. If I could I would shut down this place as it is part of the problem why LA is turning into such a cesspool nightmare of a city. Regardless, I figured I'd order since I was already here. I had to order online since their kiosks are down.... The cherry on top is that they charged my card but the order was never processed. They can't even refund me and I was told to file a complaint online. Excuse me? Now I have to file a charge back. So much for a simple lunch, absolute nightmare. DO NOT COME!

This place has potential to be good but needs more flavor. I ordered medium and tasted no spice at all. Green onions need so be chopped wayyy smaller and I ordered mine with water chestnuts and had zero in my order.

Mongolian cuisine captivated my taste buds with its bold and robust flavors. The tender and succulent meat dishes, such as boodog, cooked in a hot stone, were a true revelation. The hearty soups and stews infused with aromatic spices transported me to the heart of the Mongolian countryside. A culinary journey that left me thoroughly satisfied.
