Ordered delivery on 12/09 with a confirmed delivery date of 12/18. I got an email on 12/19 from them telling me my order was cancelled and there would not be a delivery. A DAY AFTER it was supposed to be delivered. They had over a week where they could have informed me, or better yet, not taken the order in the first place, so I could have searched other options. And it was a gift for a family member.

Cupcakes 🧁 delicious but service bad. We waited awhile before any acknowledgement. No greeting
Cute and very aesthetically appealing cupcake place. Would say other cupcake places are similar, but delicious nonetheless.
Thank you -
Ok they had no coffee drinks only tea cupcakes are always amazing
Best cupcakes hands down
I had high hopes especially since these are dubbed as “designer cupcakes” ordered a Summer Dozen for my pre-birthday gift to myself! I must say that the flavor is there, and I appreciated the authenticity of the cupcake combinations. The cupcakes as shown in the picture came “late” and complete melted mess. I expected some melting but certainly not to this extent after $20.00 in shipping. I had to go back to the website just to see what flavor was what-needless to say the overall experience was subpar at best. The key lime cupcake was dry beyond eating. A designer epic FAIL!
I love the cupcakes here. They have a variety of flavors such as Vanilla Birthday, Chocolate Birthday, Chocolate Ganache that are available everyday. They also have certain flavors that are available on certain days, Monday through Sunday, such as Cookies and Cream. They also have monthly flavors that they have during a specific month. These are my favorite cupcakes. Totally Worth it. You can buy one for $3.75. 6 for $20 or 12 for $38.
Today I delivered a lot of butter from Costco to this fine establishment. I noticed how beautiful and decorative the cupcakes looks and I was really intrigued. I ordered a cupcake with chocolate and caramel n pretzel. I got it on the house. Thank you so much I am very thankful. Try their cupcakes they're delicious.
I got the strawberry cheesecake cupcake and it was amazing best cupcake I have ever had and I'm not really a cupcake person

Liked it, didn't love it. Frosting flavor was pretty good, while the cake itself was a bit dry and lacking flavor. Cupcakes are a bit small, especially given the price and compared to some competitors.
Very good 👍place 👍
I live nearby and every time I have stopped by it was closed.
Very cute cupcake designs but flavor was disappointing :( The frosting tasted of mostly butter and powdered sugar, and the cakes had very little flavor of vanilla and chocolate. Maybe I came on a bad day
Overrated, dry, tiny cupcakes that cost $4+ each. You can do much better going to Magnolia Bakery or even your local grocery store.
