An exceptional culinary experience, even with delivery! I ordered burrata mortadella pizzas and spicy arancini, and everything was absolutely delicious. The ingredients are top quality, which is rare to find in the United States when you're used to the authentic flavors of Europe. Contrary to some negative reviews, I really had the impression of enjoying a traditional Italian pizza. In addition, they had the thoughtful touch of offering us tiramisus, which made this order even more memorable. I highly recommend this pizzeria for a true Italian experience at home! :)

Porcina Pizza: First of all, the dough/crust is AMAZING. I've never tasted anything quite like it--the texture and seasoning were perfection. The mushroom had a bit of an odd texture (very, very soft and slippery... maybe from the EVOO?) but tasted really good. The pizza was delicious, overall.

The Supplì Cacio + Pepe: Delicious.

Angioletti #1: I love Nutella, so obviously this hit the sweet spot, but I don't know that it's something I'd order again.

Staff was very friendly and responsive.

One bit of critical feedback: When I ordered, I was told it would take 15 minutes. After about 25 minutes, I inquired about my order noting the 25 minutes, and the employee said "Yeah, that's about how long it takes." I said I thought it was 15 minutes, and then they said they had gotten really busy. Timing seems to be a challenge for all these group kitchen places--the estimating of it and the execution. My order was ready after about 35 minutes. Not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, but people often make ordering decisions based on the time they're told it will take.

I tried this for the first time and it was sooo bad. The worst pizza ever. I ordered Margarita pizza and there was absolutely no basil on this pizza. Like, not even a hint. Then, the tomato sauce is uncooked, very raw and the bread is the same.. uncooked slimy dough. They didn't even cook it properly - just packed uncooked, horrible pizza. What a waste of money! They can't even make one of the most basic pizzas properly. Highly disappointed!

Ordered a calzone from UberEats. It was terrible. Dried out and hard with barely any cheese. One of the worst things I’ve eaten in memory. Can’t believe how horrible it was.

Got the Burrata, Pesto and tomato pizza. It arrived cold and the tomatoes were not cooked. The dough was too hard. Not authentic Italian pizza, you would know if you've ever been to Italy, and too expensive for what I got.

Very good quality pizza! I got a vegan Profumata with garlic and parsley. I was very worried that the vegan cheese would be cheap nasty Daiya or similar, but they used a good quality real melting vegan cheese. The sauce was great too. I have to mention the special crust they use. I usually avoid wheat foods but after reading the special way they prepare the crust I decided to give it a choice and glad I did. It was delicious and didn't cause the same digestive problems most wheat foods cause. It took about an hour for my pizza to arrive (UberEats) and am glad they included heat up instructions. I would usually stick my pizza in the oven or microwave but am glad they said to reheat in a skillet. Came out perfect.

I would definitely recommend this spot.

My only request would be for vegan meat. I love a good veggie pizza but definitely would have ordered a vegan sausage one. There are so many "artisan" high quality vegan meats available now I'm sure one could be found that meets the standards this restaurant adheres to.

Easily one of the best pizza spots in west LA. Roman style pizza is not easy to come by especially on the west coast so that's a plus as well. Light and crispy crust with an interesting variety of toppings. One of the only places in LA you can get arancini as well. Definitely worth checking out.

After a hard day of learning one of my family members was put in hospice, I really didn’t have it in me to cook dinner, so I ordered Uber eats from this restaurant for the first time as they had a bogo deal. When I looked in my bag they gave me a complimentary tiramisu and lollipops and it was if they knew I was having a bad day. That small gesture made my entire night. I ordered a margherita pizza and it was super delicious too. If you like a more thicker/fluffier crust then their pizza is for you! And I just want to say, whoever packed my order I really appreciate the gesture - tiramisu is one of my favorite desserts ❤️

I had a margarita pizza delivered. It was delicious, but the delivery was terrible. The pizza was left outside the building on the sidewalk while I was in the lobby waiting for the delivery. The delivery person, Luz, didn’t even attempt to give it to me. She just left it outside. She must’ve seen a few people in the lobby and should’ve asked, but threw it and ran I guess. I was really disappointed.

I had a misunderstanding of what I ordered. Valerio from GG Kitchen Roma responded, corrected me politely, and offered me a discount on my next order even though I WAS IN THE WRONG!I will not use the discount but Valerio Thank You. That is true unique customer appreciation. Ciao ciao ;)

Wonderful treat and experience! The pizza was delicious! It was a little soft, could have been baked another 2 minutes but still very tasty. The side dish was very yummy and we got a nice bonus dessert which was awesome! I recommend GG kitchen and will be back.

What is really cool about GG Kitchen is that it is a ghost kitchen in the colony. If you aren’t using a delivery app, you order from the screens at the front counter on the Main Street entrance.WAIT TIME:The cashier said that my order from GG Kitchen would be 20 minutes, but I set a timer, and the food wasn’t ready until 25 minutes later.PARKING:I was able to find free street parking on Butler Ave, but there’s also plenty of meters available and a paid lot in the back.ATMOSPHERE:If you are looking for seating to eat your food right after it is ready, they also have a few benches and high top tables in the middle alley. I really liked the concept of the ghost kitchen, and how they had so many different restaurants under one roof. Most people seem to get it to go and there is an entirely separate entrance in the back for people who are working with a third-party delivery service app. The staff said goop, New York Chicken, and Main Chick are the most popular, but they expect GG Kitchen to grow in popularity as more people become aware of it.SUPPLI:For the suppli, we went with the Cacio & Pepe because of the pecorino sheep cheese, and it was a great creamy, cheesy, tasty appetizer.PIZZA:The cheese on the pizza was tasty and delicious, and it went well with the prosciutto. It’s basically a charcuterie board on a pizza. Unfortunately the prosciutto is too large of slices so it’s not the best bite experience, but it would be perfect if they cut the prosciutto into smaller slices, even if that’s less visually appealing.
