I got the rocky road and Vietnamese coffee. Both were creamy and flavorful! Customer service could improve but what can you say, this is Los Angeles.
So, like most people, I love ice cream. Eat a lot of it. Have been to places from SF to San Diego. And I must say, this place is… I’ve had this place before and despite them not having my favorite flavor, regular mint chip, I decided to go back. This time I tried a few different flavors. None were too special but I landed on cookies and cream. Now, I’d normally do a waffle cone but the first time I came, they were out. This time they had some, which I will say were delicious. I could taste the vanilla in it. But it came with the skimpiest scoop of ice cream I’ve ever received - as a kid or an adult. This was a little shocking seeing to it the prices are a lot higher than most places I’ve visited. Long and short, they’re cool but the prices and quantity would certainly deter me from revisiting them again. You all tell me, is this $10 worth of cone and ice cream?
we went for the first time at night... and wow... this place is popular... there was a line coming out to the sidewalk at 8pm!!!
we have been coming here for the last couple of weeks, after we discovered the place, to enjoy and discover the variety of different flavors... so far we have scratched the surface, and we have not have ONE we would regret, on the contrary, hard to choose another new flavor when the ones tested are so so so good.
great discovery...
The taste was okay. I tried different flavors and ended up choosing Vietnamese Coffee — the only one with a unique twist. The rest tasted like regular ice cream, and the price felt too high for the quality.
The lavender honey comb was so good !
Great ice cream place in LA and the flavors were amazing! Highly recommended!!
Great Experience, very helpful and patient to new customers. Very welcoming atmosphere and a galore of flavors to mix and match to your view of perfection. Wide array of options for every preference and is simply delicious. Will recommend and visit again!

Nice and friendly staff. A large variety of vegan ice cream options.
Icecream is delicious! They use fresh and local ingredients, and there are tons of options to choose from! They let us try flavors that looked good until we found the ones we liked best. Highly recommend for a sweet treat!
Very rich flavored.
Yum! So many flavors. The vegan flavors are incredible. Vegan mint and mango are incredible (from a non vegan).

Delicious! This was my first time trying Ginger’s. I will definitely be going back. I tried the vegan cookies n cream and vegan almond joy. The cookies n cream flavor was the best vegan ice cream I’ve had and closest to real ice cream. Vegan almond joy was ok. Staff was polite. The space is small with limited seating inside and out. Street parking only.
