Really good fragrant, soft, fluffy Japanese milk bread. It operates out of a ghost kitchen where you can pickup in person or from your car. Expensive, but worth it once in a while as a treat.
This review is only on the bread as it was a X’mas gift. At first I didn’t understand how on earth a loaf of bread can cost $18 and being packaged as a gift?Well, I followed the instruction on best way to enjoy it. I finished 1/2 loaf in December and froze the other 1/2.Now it’s January, I took out the other 1/2 and let it defrost on its own over the counter, then sliced a thick slice, gently toasted and enjoyed it daily. Best white bread you can get on earth. Didn’t know I could get this excited to eat white bread. It’s like bread from the high heaven accidentally fell down for us mortals to taste.
