Sadly, my trust was punished twice when I inadvertantly tipped on top of the 20% tip that was already added to my tab. Outside of this being a practice I'm not on board with, what bothers me most is that neither server made mention that their tip was already added. Got to give it to them, it's a cunning tactic.
Sure, shame on me for not reading the receipt. Just never thought it was necessary for an establishment like JWM. Times are changing though, so I suppose that my expectations should too. It just never feels good to lower them.

Full bar! This was a pleasant surprise as the service is fast and friendly, the food is actually good and plenty of cocktails to try! The chocolate old fashioned is a new favorite of mine! It was suggested by our awesome server Peter as I like chocolate and old fashioned but dreading the combination as usually two things I like don’t usually combine well, this was an exception.
Good place to meet work colleagues before going off to dinner. Casual enough if you’re staying at the hotel for leisure. Definitely a good meet up with people you like!

Manny brightens up your experience at Glance! He clearly takes pride in his work and interest in his customers. He recommended the brisket taquitos - DID NOT DISAPPOINT! The Glance Lobby was buzzing even at night. Quality open atmosphere with tasty bites, cool kids, and relaxing lounge atmosphere. I'd come again.

Pretty ok. My stay included $70 F&B credit and this was the only option open at 4pm. The place was packed and it was hard to find a seat. There was a birthday party taking up several tables including a table just for presents and there were a lot of guests here just hanging out, not eating or drinking adding to the problem. Eventually I found a seat at the bar, but this was probably the worst place to sit- people were ordering and reaching over me the entire time.
The food, drink and service were fantastic though. They really lifted this up from a 1- or 2- star experience.
They just need to manage the space better.

She went above and beyond on everything she did for not only us, but all of the tables she was taking care of.If you’re staying at the JW or just there for drinks, ask for her area as I’m sure you’ll have the same experience as we did.THANKS MARIA

Drinks are standard price but super tasty. DO NOT ORDER the shrimp cocktail. Shrimp were rubbery, old, dry, and tasteless. The bartender Michael is the only reason this isn’t a 1-star review. He was welcoming, comfortable, and efficient. The best part of my afternoon stop.
