Unfortunately, this was a very bad experience. The sushi I bought tasted off, and when I mentioned it, the store owner Mike reacted aggressively and used rude language. His breath smelled really bad and it looked like he hadn’t showered in a few weeks. I was refused a refund and told I could only receive store credit. The way the situation was handled was unprofessional and disrespectful. Customer service matters, especially when there is a food quality issue. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this place.

This is a great kosher market with a solid selection of kosher items with fresh fruits & vegetables, a butcher, takeout options, and even a sushi stand with some really good rolls.
My favorite part has to be the wine section. Filled with fine Israeli and local Wines. They have a knowledgeable team member who helps you pick the perfect bottle for the occasion. 🥂
Parking is … slightly tricky.

I really enjoy shopping at Glatt Mart for all my kosher food essentials. The daytime rabbi/mashgiach is not only helpful but also extremely kind, patient, and fair. He always offers the best advice, and his guidance is one of the main reasons I return time and time again.
I called the deli department to modify a sushi platter order, for two days from now. The sushi counter phone line led to voicemail and was completely full so a message couldn’t be left. The kitchen manager who answered in Deli told me,’I can’t help you. We’re busy so call them. DON’T CALL HERE AGAIN. I don’t care’ I explained the situation that the order was to be picked up on Sunday and I needed to speak to someone today. Again, nasty. Customer service is definitely not a strong suit at Glatt Mart. They do however know how to charge plenty and take your money plus the nasty attitude it comes with.

While they do have a good selection, prices are high, parking is hit or miss and they do not accept manufacturers’ coupons despite selling products with the coupons on them. When I suggested to the manager that they remove the coupons or post signs to avoid confusion, he was unreasonably rude and belligerent. I would recommend only shopping here if you cannot find what you need elsewhere.
