The coffee’s fine, but the attitude that came out of no where is what matters. I went in ordered a latte and waited for ten minutes, came up to them twice because I see everyone else order after me is getting their drinks, they put on apologies but nothing we can do face and ask me to just wait or get my refund. I waited again and they gave me a red juice say it’s my order…. I ordered latte… then they finally start to make my latte and gave it to me without any apologies this time. What a trash service😀

I’ve been here about a dozen times only because it’s the only coffee. If you order anything more than a $5 black coffee, they will find a way to mess up your order or charge incorrectly. It’s like the staff is on zanies all day. Constant “my bad” or “we’re out of this, is that ok?” After they give you your food and charge you $32 for one person breakfast. The second star is because the coffee is really good Ethiopian.

$8 for an ‘iced matcha latte’ that’s just oat milk in disguise—highway robbery in a cup.

Mediocre drinks and staff that are remarkably un-accommodating. We’ve been a handful of times and have never been impressed. Asked for a simple modification (still water instead of sparkling in a matcha) and was initially told it was possible, but the “manager” overruled, and rudely barked that it wasn’t “allowed”. Cafe Dulce’s staff are far friendlier, and the drinks are more reasonably priced.

Not sure why there’s so many bad reviews but I think it a decent cafe. I can’t comment on the food but the drinks are good. Cute decor and fast service. The matcha they use is from Kettl which is a really good brand here in the states. I really enjoyed their iced honey matcha latte with their housemade almond macadamia milk, perfect sweetness just a hint. Their seasonal yuzu matcha soda was very refreshing!

The space was in a really cool location. The inside decor and design of the shop was fresh and clean. Really good vibe and cool spot. Overall though the coffee was just okay. Not bad at all, but not great. Would recommend though. Service was great and the workers were friendly. All and all it's a good spot.

Nice food and air

𝙏𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙞𝙨 𝙖𝙣 2$ 𝙪𝙥 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙜𝙚 𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙖𝙨𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙛𝙤𝙧 “𝙇𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙄𝙘𝙚”….𝙄 𝙬𝙖𝙨 𝙛𝙡𝙖𝙗𝙗𝙚𝙧𝙜𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙙 when I was told this by the barista… why would the owner think that’s acceptable ? wanting less ice and getting up charged for it was the craziest thing I ever heard in my LIFE!
Yes I 𝙥𝙖𝙮𝙚𝙙 11$ for a matcha drink called Iced Honey Matcha Latte.

The drink was nothing special—sorry but I went to order a Starbucks drink right after and it was about the same quality and taste for me, it was also cheaper.

Even if you have the money you should not be paying more than 7 for a small coffee. Yikes…hard pass and will not be returning.

If you look past the airport prices the iced latte was good

I paid $21.40 for an oat milk hot chocolate and an egg, bean, and cheese burrito. I wasn't aware my ~$8 hot chocolate would be a child-sized ~8oz poorly frothed and mediocre hot chocolate and they also gave me the bacon avocado burrito instead. When I complained, the cashier mistakenly charged me for the replacement burrito, refunded me, and it finally got worked out. They were nice and polite though. Not a good morning for someone who aspires to be vegetarian. The actually corrected burrito was good, but nothing special. Like others said though, it is a cute place in an upscale shopping center. I liked that they had sparkling water on tap for free.

I get go get ‘em 2-4x a week :) their lattes are my favorite! The scrambled eggs with a side of sourdough toast is my go-to, and the overnight oats are also a favorite! Their food is great quality, the staff is friendly, I love the vibe.
