By the time I realized I wanted my money back they closed. Do not go here. I repeat , do not go here ! absolutely atrocious wings. correction, I wouldn't even call them wings ... it's just all fried batter _ i'm literally speeding home to vomit in my toilet _ I'm so annoyed. this place is trash _ ps: vile And a rip off , super small size wings and it truly felt like I was eating Tyson wings from Ralph's.

We are regulars at this place. When they first opened year ago they used to serve half bird (white and dark meat) on the menu. I thought they had one of the best fried chickens in Los Angeles, so juicy and flavorful. Over time they got rid of the half bird and left chicken tenders on the menu because it was too much work to cut the chickens. Not my favorite but fine. A few months ago the chicken started to taste different, apparently they are no longer jidori chicken, that's why it was plain and dry. If they think by lowering the quality and cost will increase profit long term then they are so wrong. I hope another business will go in and take their space.

Absolute magic. They turn boneless tenders into some of the best fried chicken in the city & maybe ever. Fantastic sides too!

Literally walked up in line, have a cane since I injured my foot, the lady looks me dead in the eye and says “sorry the customers in front of you are the last we’re serving”.At 6:55pm on a Sunday, when this listing says they don’t close until 9pm.Thanks?

Ordered the wings plate which came out to $18. The wings themselves were pretty large, and pretty good flavor, but quite heavy, oily. About half of the size was just from the thick battered crust on the outside. If you’re in the mood for some very rich food, this is the place.

YUM. this place really really hit the spot for me. My friends and I ordered chicken sandwiches with Szechuan fries. We were STUFFED at the end, and I would totally go back the next time I'm in California. I loved the pickled cucumbers that they serve with the burgers (usually I hate cucumbers!) I came here on a weekday night, but I think on the weekends I would have had to fight for a table as it's in a food hall with open seating.

Chicken fingers with their special sauce. The best. The market is lively and worth a visit if you want a fast bite.

Really wanted to like this place. My friend and I finally gave this place a try for dinner tonight. The cashier was busy on her phone and wasn't very helpful in taking our order - bad first impression. Upon getting the chicken tenders per her lackluster recommendation, I was disappointed to see that the chicken lacked flavor, was not crispy at all, and the batter was paper thin. It just tasted like I was biting into a bland, yet juicy piece of chicken. They also charge $1 per sauce (which you'll desperately need to make the chicken remotely palatable). The biscuit was also not that flavorful and pretty dry. Won't try again sadly.

Didn't get the spicy one but I wish I did! Mmnn it was so goood. Crispy and warm and the lemon and the sauce really made it so delicious. In the public citizen market so super nice area. You can choose to eat outside or inside. Good vibes all around!

If you're looking for a different take on fried chicken, this would be a great spot! We got here on a Friday a little after 12 PM but they weren't taking orders until 12:30 PM and the service was ok. Food was fresh and the batter reminds me of beer battered fish in a way? It's a lot of food and we had leftovers with all of this. I think the tenders were easier to eat for sure, and the biscuits might have been my favorite bite! Love the pickled peppers and the french fries are also classic to get. I wouldn't come here if you're looking for karaage or a classic fried chicken place, but it's unique and tasty on its own! Casual place to catch up over a meal, and outside seating is a nice option on a sunny day. There were also some interesting beers and drink options that I'd like to try next time.

The tenders were really crispy and juicy. The biscuit that came with it was good. The fries were just okay in our opinion. I would eat here again but it was pricey. $25 for 3 tenders and a side of fries.

was craving some chicken tenders so headed to this place. located inside some yuppie vibe upscale strip mall. mall is a open space so seats and counter shared among different restaurants. interesting conxept. typical chicken joint with tenders, sando, fries, mac etc. food has asian flair so not the typical southern salt black pepper flava. ordered their 3 tender combo with cucumber slaw and cheese sugatr frosted biscuit and 1 house ranch and 1 honey sauce (sauces are $1 each). total damage $18 bucks. they make it to order so waited 20mins as usual. and the verdict. its good. batter is tempura style. tenders were hot, crispy, juicy breast fillets. has an asian all spice flava. the ranch and honey sauce also good. biscuit is hot and nice flava but tough and has some chew. not fluffy or pillowy soft but it wasnt stale by any means i think its just how their recipe style. anyway food is good and price is fair. if around the area give them a try. recommneded.

I would have taken a picture but I was too busy inhaling their wings. The three of us agreed unanimously that these were the best wings we've ever had. Hands down. I was nervous to see you only get three wings with an order but they were plenty big. This place is fire!

This is a fantastic rendition to come out of the hot chicken wave! I love love love this place. I was lucky enough to discover this place because my hotel was across the street. If I could describe the chicken it would be a Szechuan/mala style hot chicken. The flavors are so well balanced. The batter is very light and thin, reminiscent of tempura batter but not as thick. A squeeze of lemon is a must. The biscuit, although good, I can always do without. I rather just fill myself up with the chicken!

The fry on this chicken is phenomenal. I love the airiness and crispiness of the batter. The chicken was a little dry though. The sandwich was a perfect combination of savory. I really enjoyed the pickles. I also got some lemon aioli on the side by the condiments and utensils. I really recommend trying some of it. The curry fries were great but a little too oily for my preference. I would want to try the cornbread next because i heard it's really good. This restaurant is located in a packing house in Culver City. There is tons of seating. It gives casual vibes. The service was good and helpful!
