The friendly and knowledgeable staff provide excellent customer service, making it a great dining experience for families. Customers praise the upbeat staff and mention that the atmosphere feels like a family. The hottoek dessert is a must-try, hot and fresh, and the beef bulgogi bowl and spicy bulgogi bowl remain popular choices, packed with flavor and generous portions. Customers love the large portions and the ability to choose many different toppings, like corn, carrots, cucumbers, kimchi, and bean sprouts. The sweet potato (japchae) glass noodles and tofu are excellent vegan options. The restaurant is located on Broxton Ave, which was a pedestrian-only area with stalls when visited. They have indoor and outdoor dining spaces, making it a quick lunch spot. The build-your-own concept, similar to Chipotle, features fresh ingredients and toppings. The hotteok sweet Korean pancake and beef fried dumplings are served hot and freshly cooked. Many reviews highlight the great flavors, especially the gochujang mayo, and the large portions. Customers appreciate the good quality of the food and the friendly service, especially Ezra, whose patience, kindness, and positive attitude stood out. Although service can sometimes be slow, the food is always worth the wait, and online ordering makes it convenient for those in a hurry.
