The golden dragon tea room is the most authentic tea experience in La. Amazing tea selection, beautifully appointed tea room (usually quite private), and overall inviting atmosphere.

Terrible place, when supposed to hold values such as honor and respect so highly.Not authentic and honest.I went twice; the first time was nice, the second time I took a friend to have tea;We were given no prices, no information was written anywhere, and we decided to get a tea pot.The host inquired whether we were interested in another pot after we finished ours.We ended up drinking four pots of delicious traditional tea.Mind you; a pot comes with four refills at no additional cost but instead of doing that the server just made brand new servings, we were not made aware of it and were instead charged for 4 new pots.We ended up having to pay 80$ each!!!!! For tea!!!?! yes. Total 160$I pay less than that to the restaurant.I informed one of the managers about our experience and how we felt genuinely exploited; the response was inadequate:" - did you have a great time? Was the tea good? Yes? Sorry nothing I can do about this."Wow, just wow. Not even a sorry about the misunderstanding.Ultimately we would have been fine coming back for a complimentary tea for the inconvenience but no, nothing.Turlly appalled with the service and the spirit..

Incredibly overpriced selection of teas (no prices on the menu!) that are authentic but very middle of the road. Go to Yunnan Sourcing, etc. and order your own tea and brew it at home.Vibe is nice but prices are absurd.

It is very difficult to find good Chinese tea in this city. I was very happy when I found this place. Real quality Chinese tea here.

This tea room is a very traditional style tea. Great selection of tea! Very knowledgeable staff. Warm and welcoming environment. I love this spot! Perfect gem!
