I recently visited the place, but what a disappointment! The bartenders, Ivan and I think Jaqueline, were despotic and provided terrible customer service. I ordered my cocktails, and after a 30-minute wait, when I asked both of them for help, they ignored me. Finally, a white male bartender helped me; he was very kind. I recommend that they hire better staff who value their customers.

We came here because my friend is a dj & was hosting a party. The female bartender was dismissive & ignored us and there were unknown charges on our bill. It is an ok place for the view but be careful with the bar tab.

Great view drinks were amazing, issue with pricing from what open table had at 75 per person vs when I arrived it was 100 per person, just with it was communicated before hand . Food was good we have the lomo saltado sandwich really good . Calamari well done. Nachos could have few more ingredients like tomato's ect . Overall nice place good vibe
$35 per person cover charge. 😂 You deserve to go out of business.
The views are great and the bar is nicely decorated, but the prices are outrageous even by DTLA standards.
Extra insulting when some of the bar staff were so rude and we'd reserved the space behinf the bar for an event. One of the bartenders was so snappy, didn't engage in conversation which was then awkward... standing in silence waiting for our cocktails to be made.
Receipt printer wasnt working and there was no apology, just an eye roll when we asked if we could take a photo of the tab since there was no receipt.
Haven't been to any of the other bars at Level 8 so cant compare.

What an amazing experience especially with the best bartenders in LA!! The best mixologist… Galyna, Ricky, and Ivan were slanging drinks all day and provided excellent service!!! The daytime pool party did not disappoint!!!

Great atmosphere during house music events. It can get crammed with people though, but vibes are awesome. Came here for a Memorial Day weekend event.
Super cute
I like the decoration, and I was attracted by it, which was my reason to come here.
I just don’t know if it’s because I was alone here or it’s a little narrow here. It was a little boring for me.
There was a DJ, but space is limited.
I will suggest to come with lots of friends, and drink all night. That would be fun.
Better to dress like Santa or Santa Baby. Without holiday customs, it would be a little lame.

Beautiful atmosphere. A little understaffed for a Friday night, but still an amazing experience.

Absolutely stunning and fun. Mixologists were on point and adorable. In my opinion, best sunset view in DTLA...sorry Perch you are 2nd in my book now. Fun ambiance day or night. Make sure to make reservations; yes you do end up spending more than what reservations require and you have somewhere to sit, chat and meet fabulous people.
The reservation was a bit confusing and misleading since we were expecting to have a seated reservation as the rsvp said. Instead we were standing no food lol only two bar tenders and one server for valentines seemed a bit understaffed for the busy night. We ended up eating at the food truck ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ not romantic at all smh
The DJs honestly made this place ten times worse. They were literally in their own world acting in love with each other with the worst set of music I’ve ever heard. It sounded like Macys/JC penny music for 10 year olds. They made me uncomfortable and seemed so unprofessional.
