This place consistently serves some of the best food in the neighborhood. Platanos, frijoles, pupusas, the yuca and chicharones the best I've ever had. It's fresh made to order and so yes, it takes longer. It's worth it so take a friend, settle in and enjoy a fantastic authentic meal.

This is a hole-in-the-wall, stuck in time place and I hope it never changes because they have the best pupusas in the universe. I would drive backwards in rush hour traffic from an hour away when i'm already running late for an event in the opposite direction for these pupusas. Please note: this is not a place to expect great service, they are friendly enough (get over yourself just eat the food you paid for please, my gawd, so 5 stars), or any kind of aesthic unless you...

The place itself doesn't look great. There a lot of cosmetic things, construction, and rearranging that could be done. Though they may rent and not be able to do so.
There are dirty dishes in the take out window. And certainly looks like it may need a deep cleaning.

While the cashier wasn't rude perse... She did seem to not like her job and had a RBF. She did friendlier with the Spanish speaking customers, as well.
