One of the best hidden gems in LA. I stumbled into this wine bar out of curiosity, and it quickly became one of my favorite places in the city—and now I’m a regular. They’re not just knowledgeable—they genuinely care about sharing that knowledge in a welcoming, down-to-earth way. Ian, the owner, is incredible. He’s the reason I know anything about neutral wine now. His passion is contagious, and he’s always happy to break things down or suggest something based on your taste. Love this spot! GCF is right in the heart of downtown in a super walkable area. Great food options and the wines are killer. Ian does a great job and is good vibes all around. If you live downtown or are just in the area, give it a stop in and enjoy the patio. You won't regret it!

GCF is a DTLA staple! It's nice to have a spot downtown with the wine selection this one has. In addition to the wine, this place just has a great energy about it. The staff is extremely helpful in finding the right wine for your mood.
And they host pretty cool social events! I've seen dating events, casual group wine nights, and they have a DJ sometimes. If you're looking for something chill and not super expensive in DTLA, I highly recommend GCF for you. Cheers!
