We ordered online for delivery, but wow - it’s AMAZING FOOD. The flavors are delicious and portions are good. We will definitely be ordering from here again or visiting in person.Dietary restrictions: I am gluten free and I love that they offer options for this. The food didn’t seem to bother my stomach too much

Customer service is terrible for overpriced truly average food, and portions are tiny. I’ve been a few times to give them a chance and 90% of the time, they get my order wrong - usually something is missing, like no chicken in a chicken soup, no boba in a boba tea and when I come back to ask about it they say oh that one doesn’t include this item and they ask to charge me extra for it. Tonight I asked to swap cabbage for bok choy and they accepted, I paid and waited 15 minutes to then asked where my food was and once i did, they only then asked to charge extra for the swap. I declined and had to cancel my order. It was unbelievable that they wouldn’t accept it as their mistake, made me wait yet again and would ask to charge so much for a swap, that I had already paid for. They are unbelievably stingy, rude and the portions are tiny given the price. I’m extremely disappointed, especially given that my husband and I have been regular supporting customers in the neighborhood.

Chicken in the soup was stale.

Food is very good, but $16 for yellow curry with no rice is crazy. $2.50 for a side of rice is unhinged.

The food was fine. However checking my statement from Amex they added an additional $10 for themselves. I do not have receipt left (remember to save receipts)

I went there a few days ago. The food isn't all that for the price. I have no problem paying higher prices for good food. $3.50 for a small portion of brown rice. Regular baggged teas $5 .... I ordered the Krapow and they didn't have ground chicken option. They also don't use fresh chilis. That dish tasted so plain no flavor at all and it was watery ( the sauce it was cooked in) it's unlikely I would be going back again.

Food is ok but maybe put some utensils in the sealed bag next time for a pad thai order.

This is our neighborhood Thai restaurant and we are so happy that it is since we love it so much!We get takeout from here quite often and we've loved everything we've ordered from here. Our favorites include: pad thai, pad see ew, green curry, spring rolls, egg rolls, won ton soup, sweet & sour chicken, and Thai iced coffee milk tea The portions are big enough to share and everything tastes fresh and hearty, with great flavor profile and lots of vegetables. The sweet and sour chicken was a nice surprise for us: it's got a perfect sweet/tangy flavor with a nice crunch to it. The Thai iced coffee boba milk tea is a must here! We get it all the time :)One star off only because rice doesn't come complimentary with the curry (it's $2.50) extra for rice.We will be back for more!

We came here for dinner and it was quite a good meal. We had trouble finding parking on the street nearby, but there are some private lots. We ended up finding a spot a few blocks away after circling for a bit. We were seated right away inside at one of the half booths along the street. this made for some good people watching, although the sidewalk outside is not too busy. The interior decor is light and airy.I ordered the pad Thai and it was reasonably priced. I noticed they have a lunch menu with cheaper prices, but I assume the portions are smaller for lunch. It arrived in a reasonable time and was piping hot! The flavors were bold and I like that it was not over-sauced. Other notable thing is that you pay at the front, we waited awhile to get the check and so I just walked up there. This would be a good take out place as well.

I'm a regular here and haven't had a bad experience until today. I called to place a simple pick up order and they were rude and impatient. Instead of allowing me to order, they needed to verify my name and number and wanted to verify the account associated with me, asking a million questions, wasting so much time. When I'm finally allowed to order, after every single order the lady said (with the nastiest attitude) "IS THAT ALL"? After every... single... item. I almost just hung up because why would I keep ordering things when I'm getting an attitude? Like do you not want my money...?If you wanna spend $80 for mediocre service, be my guest. I would probably give it one more chance, but one more experience like this and I'd be done for good. Not worth it, trust. BKK thai is just as good quality and the service is always excellent there. There are so many Thai places in LA to choose from, this one has definitely dropped on the list.

I've never actually eaten at the restaurant, rather I always get takeout since I live right around the corner. But it's great having such a close Thai option. I've gotten their Roti curry and it's pretty good but not the best I've had. My go-to is definitely their Boat Noodles. I also really appreciate that for their takeout order they separate the noodles from the soup so that the noodles don't get too soggy. I also like their Ka Pow (love bamboo shoots). Their mild isn't too spicy but last time I got the medium and it definitely had a kick. Their curry isn't bad but I feel like the vegetables are a little on the large side.Like I said, I've never eaten in but the staff seemed nice and the dining area had a nice atmosphere. I think there also may have been a few tables outside but don't hold me to it.If you order online via their website/toast app, they do have a rewards program.

Early dinner here with some friends. I ordered the Pad Kee Mow with Veggies (Thai Spicy) and Hazelnut milk tea, with Roti Curry for the table. The milk tea was a nice complement to the meal although it was a bit sweet and not enough hazelnut for my personal taste. The Pad Kee Mow was overall very solid. The flavor profile was on point, the noodles were not soggy, and they did not skimp on the veggies. My only recommendation would be (for people who like spicy) to go for a medium or spicy level and ask for chili sauce on the side. The Thai Spicy was spicy but I think the flavor of the spice sort of masked the flavor of the meal whereas getting the spicy kick from chili sauce may have been preferred. Still enjoyed the dish though. Finally, the roti curry was BOMB: I loved the coconut curry dipping sauce and the roti was perfect (not super greasy and sufficiently soft).Overall I really enjoyed my meal! The staff were really nice too. Pricing competitive with other Thai restaurants and portion sizes really good (kept me full for several hours).
