Good Karma Cafe is my FAVORITE food place by USC's campus. The owners are absolutely lovely and the food is so delicious and all-you-can-eat. If you bring your own tupperware, you can even take a second meal home for dinner while reduce waste! It's open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 12-2pm for lunch, and always features salad with the most ADDICTING almond dressing, an entree, homemade hot sauce, halwa, and in-house drink. The entrees rotate between Tuesday kitchari (lentils, rice, and vegetables), Wednesday pasta (alternating between pesto and marinara each week), and Thursday five-layer Mexican (rice, beans, corn, sprouts, and salsa and side of tortilla chips). The halwa flavors are always different, from chocolate banana to vanilla blueberry, and the drinks range from ginger peach juice to mint lemonade. Highly, highly recommend for good food, good vibes, and a wonderful break in a hectic day!

Love this place. It provides a great alternative for the traditional food that exists on campus. The owners are the servers and they are always friendly and ready to serve. I have been a customer for almost 2 years now and i have never been disappointed by their food or their service. Bring your own Tupperware!

Good Karma Cafe is an absolute HIDDEN GEM at USC that I cannot recommend enough! It's a vegan AYCE-style pop-up on Tuesdays-Thursday's from 12-2PM, serving up Indian, Italian, and Mexican eats which are ALL delicious. They encourage you to bring your own Tupperware, which they fill so you can take some food home for dinner too! For just $11, it's such a steal. The line gets long but moves pretty fast, and you can pay with either cash or Venmo! All meals come with a fresh salad with delicious almond dressing (which is also available for purchase) and a different flavor of halwa! Every single thing on the menu is delicious! Tuesday's are kicchari, which is a flavorful curried rice dish. Wednesday's are pasta -- flipping between pesto and marinara sauces. Thursday's are a layered Mexican dip with chips, beans, rice, tomatoes, and more. They have a mailing list to keep you in the know, as well, which I highly recommend signing up for! If you find yourself at USC for lunch, this is the place to be!

This was my first time at The Good Karma Cafe and I loved it! I brought my non-vegan friend who was very skeptical about feeling full afterward. Spoiler: this was a non-issue :) We got there right at opening and there was already a line. It moved pretty quickly though! You can pay in either cash or Venmo, but it's a little inconvenient to get change. Everyone working there is so friendly and they give very generous portions. The main dish of the day was some kind of layered dip of beans, corn, salsa, and rice. It was served with a leafy green salad, tortilla chips, and a scoop of a pineapple mash that added a nice sweetness to the meal. There was also a small bowl of extremely spicy hot sauce. The spice was truly wild and burned incredibly. For some reason, I couldn't stop adding more into my plate?? Seating is limited, so have a backup place to sit and eat in case it's too crowded. I'll definitely be coming back!

Fantastic flavorful healthy food made with a lot of care. As a graduate student at USC in the field of nutrition, I am super picky about where I eat. This is quality, real food at a super reasonable price.

Hands down, my favorite place to eat at USC -- we're so lucky to have Sarvatma and Divya! I love the pesto pasta (every other Wednesday), but all of their food is delicious!

Great food and very friendly staff. They are always very patient and happy all the time. The location is amazing because you can enjoy your food either outside in the patio or indoors. I highly recommend the 5-Layer Mexican.

Everyone is super nice, this place is a gem. I'm ashamed to have waited three years to try it. Bring a Tupperware, as it is all you can eat and leftovers are encouraged! Will be back tomorrow ;)

Hands down my favorite place to eat and hang out at USC. Everything is plant-based and delicious. They set up from 12-2 on TWTh and charge only $11 for an all-you-can eat buffet. Cash or venmo accepted. Pesto day is a fan-favorite and happens every other Wednesday. Bring Tupperware so you can bring leftovers home and have a tasty and ready-made lunch or dinner for the future. And you're also saving a some trees by not taking a paper plate. For those who want to go above and beyond, you can volunteer there and receive a free meal as payment. Talk to Divya, Sarvatma, or the volunteer coordinator to find out more :)

Such a cute cafe under the yoga studio. They serve delicious vegan food and offer lots of gluten free options! Great place to come eat & relax! Very friendly staff too.

Every USC student should come here for lunch. It's super tasty and very healthy - plus all you can eat for $10 (and you can bring Tupperware the take it home) makes it amazing value! I've only had a chance to try the Kichri (Indian rice and lentils dish), which they serve on Wednesdays and the Pasta, which they serve on Thursdays. Both were great!

This is one of the best places to get food on USC campus. All you can eat healthy food for a SUPER low price, and you can bring your own Tupperware! I was super impressed with the quality of the food, too, and it always changes so you can never get bored. The people who run the place are so nice -- definitely coming again!!
