I love tripe so much that I always eat it every time I come to LA on a business trip. I saw on Google Maps that this place was new, so I came here and ate it this time. In conclusion, I am very satisfied!!! I had salt makchang and buldaechang as a grilled combo, and it was so delicious that I ordered vegetable tripe and grilled tripe as well. Vegetable tripe tastes exactly the same as the one I had in Korea. Unfortunately, it wasn't pork intestines, but the small intestines went well with the sauce and had a chewy texture, so it was really delicious. It's not a lie, it was the most delicious tripe restaurant in LA. As a service, they provided tuna rice balls and even drinks!!! The owner and staff were very friendly. Ah, the most important thing. The price is very reasonable, the combo is less than $70. But I was so full from the steamed egg, soybean paste stew, and scorched rice. I will definitely come again on my next business trip. May you prosper even more~~~~

My friend told me that Daechang was really delicious, so I came here. I really like the interior because it has a Korean twist. Stainless steel table It feels like eating at a Korean tripe restaurant. I ordered it over charcoal fire, but I heard it can be done in two ways: salt grill and non-seasoned grill, so I ate it that way. It's absolutely perfect. I also cut my liver perfectly. I seasoned the makchang and it was delicious too. They also gave us tuna mayo rice balls as a service. Thank you so much. I'll come again. Become more prosperous.

I ordered Bul Daechang and Chobeol Samgyeop and the fire taste was the best!If you really like spicy food, ask for it to be spicier and it will taste much better.The homemade ssamjang goes very well with the meat, and the salt is delicious.Above all, the service is the best!!
I first came to Gopcseonsaeng through a friend's recommendation, and it was amazing. The unglazed grilled meat was good, the tripe was delicious, and most of the food was good. The owner was friendly and the prices were good. It was my first time here and I became a regular.

Given that the restaurant's name is Gop "Master", I has very high hopes/expectations. We ordered the combo meal that came with the intestines and steamed egg/soy bean soup/nooroongji. I half expected the meat to be grilled in front of us (was not given any options otherwise) but the meat came out 95% cooked, to be cooked rest of the way on a portable grill. Meat came out on a grill 75% covered with onions. Only received garlic slices and sliced green onions as side dishes. The two dipping sauces (one of which was mayo+wasabi) was just okay.. i prefer the traditional gopchang sauce. I think it was way overpriced for what it was. Service was also mediocre; the server never came by to check on us, even when we were the only customers in the restaurant.

This restaurant is the same ownership and kitchen as Tokyo Hamburg, so you already know the food and service will be top notch.I love intestines on the grill, and Gop Master does them really well - clean, fresh, great texture and flavor. Good sized portion for 2 people with very reasonable prices. We were eyeing the yummy-looking pork and steak dishes at the next table, but we got unfortunately/fortunately too full. Next time.......And you can't beat the service here! The owner pays close attention to each table, making sure you're completely satisfied with your experience. I'd come back just for the quality of service alone (but thankfully the food is excellent too).This place is connected with Tokyo Hamburg, and you can enter on 6th or New Hampshire. They do have some parking, but if you want to sink into this type of dining, just take an Uber and get your soju on. :)

I have visited this restaurant twice and I am extremely satisfied with the food and service. The atmosphere is very cozy, with small round tables that made me feel like I was in Korea. The steak and pork belly were incredibly fresh, and the brazier was a unique touch that I loved. The owner? or waiter was very gentle and kind, even giving us complimentary dishes. The parking is also very convenient. Overall, I will definitely be returning.
