I called 5:40 April 9th to try to make an order in advance for my daughter’s birthday and she said “no” so I asked how do you place an order for a custom cake then? Just call the same day? & she answers by saying “I don’t know” ….. if you don’t want to make money just turn your phone off. That makes no sense and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. A job change might be best for your future. Good thing there’s no shortage of bakery’s in downtown LA.

I AM A CUSTOMER FOR SOME YEARS, TODAY MY SISTER & I WENT TO SEE 2 CAKES FOR 2 DIFFERENT OCCASIONS & DATES. CLAUDIA ALWAYS ATTENDS, WE SAW AND ASKED PRICES I WAS THIRST, I TOOK 1 CAN SODA I TOLD CLAUDIA "I'LL PAY YOU FOR IT NOW" I STARTED TO DRINK IT. BETWEEN TALKS WITH MY SISTER, WE LEFT OUT. I COMPLETELY FORGOT THE SODA, WHEN THE OTHER CASHIER TELLS ME THE SODA. I CAME BACK AND TOLD HER FOR $1.50 I'M NOT GOING TO RUN, SHE STARTED TELLING ME THINGS UP TO THE THIEF THAT I WAS A THIEF. HE PUT YOURSELF TO YOU WITH ME, IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMERS. CLAUDIA APPROACHED ME, I TOLD HER THAT THE OTHER CASHIER HAD INTINUED THAT I WAS A THIEF, THE CASHIER YELLED AT ME FOR A LIAR. MY SISTER IS A WITNESS OF WHAT HAPPENED, I TOLD THE CASHIER THAT I DID NOT WANT TO TALK TO HER. I WAS TALKING TO CLAUDIA, THE OTHER CASHIER CONTINUED TO BE DECUTE, SHE STOOD IN FRONT OF ME ON THE SIDE OF CLAUDIA, AND MOCKED ME. I TOLD CLAUDIA AS MANAGER, SEE WHAT SHE IS DOING, HOW SHE IS TREATING ME, PLEASE TELL HER TO LEAVE BECAUSE I AM TALKING TO YOU, NOT TO HER. BUT CLAUDIA DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING TO THE OTHER CASHIER, CLAUDIA ALLOWED THE CASHIER TO CONTINUE ARGUING INSTEAD OF ASKING HER TO KEEP SILENCE AND GO ELSEWHERE. I recently moved into the neighborhood and had been meaning to check it out. I needed a last minute dessert for a dinner party so I dropped by. The had a few different varieties of cake that were ready made so I opted for the carmel cake. I didn't realize it was a Tres Leche version, boy did this make it better! It was one of THE BEST cakes I've ever had. I highly recommend them.

The expensive bolillo with sesame seeds for a dollar just a few meters away is another bakery that I had the opportunity to visit called 88 something like that and the one dollar bread is rich, spongy, soft and has a delicious flavor. And here they come to sell a dry bolillo. Very sweet cookies, I don't recommend

To enjoy the pastries in the display cabinet, simply grab a tray and some tongs and then pick from behind the sliding class doors.I didn’t know what things were so I grabbed what looked good and ended up with a delicious jalapeño cream cheese pastry and some melon bread.You can order cakes here for any occasion.You’re welcome to sit inside or take your treat to go while you walk along Broadway.A spot I would come to in the morning to start the day ?
