Jose & Amytes were absolutely amazing. Came here to celebrate my birthday and honestly it was the best experience, as always. Not only is the food amazing, but we continuously come back because of Jose & Amytes. We celebrate every special occasion here because they make you feel so special every time. We love it here so much!

My only request for improvement is to offer better cheeses. The ones you have seem like cheap store bought varieties and stand out negatively from all the other excellent quality foods.

I host a yearly Galentine's event and chose the Grand Cafe this year as I work in the downtown area and have been here several times for lunch. I invited 15 women and everyone enjoyed their meal but especially the nice vibe, convenient location and the outstanding customer service. Sonia was most accommodating as well as her staff which made our event very special, we did not wait long for our meal and it was truly a beautiful day with lovely friends. Thank you, I look forward to returning and having Sunday brunch !!!!

We specifically booked this to hear Rick Michael trio play. We were very disappointed to find that a different, not particularly good, trio was playing. We will come again when Rick Michael Trio plays.

For my father's 85th birthday (Saturday Jan 20th) he wanted to go to a buffet brunch. I looked around and saw that the Omni Hotel's Grand Cafe had buffet brunches on the weekend. This was advertised on the Omni Hotel website. Made a reservation through Open Table. We we arrived to our surprise they did not have a brunch buffet. Since it was storming rain we decided to stay. The menu was limited on brunch items and the service wasn't great. We ordered our meals well before two other guests and they got their food delivered before us. I spoke with the manager about the false advertising that they had a brunch buffet on Saturdays and he seemed uninterested.

I really enjoyed my first visit to this restaurant. I stayed at this hotel before, it was years ago for a HS reunion. I had a positive experience at the hotel so when I found out Brunch buffet was available I had to try it out. I was going to cancel my reservation initially because I thought it was pricey and not a good time to try it out. However the timing was perfect and I decided I needed to treat myself. I'm so glad I followed through and made the visit. The ambiance was great the jazz vibe was really nice and the atmosphere was great. The food setup was great and appealing but most importantly the food was great. I enjoy breakfast items such as waffles, bacon and eggs etc . The food was tasty and I got my money worth, I also had Salmon and a pineapple mimosa. There was a nice selection of seafood I didn't take part with that definitely will next time. The staff was friendly and helpful, the experience was great I dined alone . I will bring my family next because I know they'll enjoy it too . I recommend the Brunch at Grand Cafe located inside the Omni Hotel to any brunch lover . Thanks Grand Cafe

Not a large variety of choices but food was tasty. Nothing like the pre COVID brunch and a little pricy $60 + for what the offer but Champagne is included with several juices of your choice. Jazz Band really set a lively Sunday afternoon mood. Great place if you going to any of the Museums or Concert Halls (park once and the give you a discount on parking- I parked for 6 hours , it was $20 Valet.

What an incredible experience my wife and I had at the Grand Cafe at the Omni. The staff was engaging, kind and always made sure we had what we needed. The staff was notified of my wife's birthday and they didn't hold back any stops and we felt the love they shared. The hospitality of everyone there was with the visit, and the food was out of this world! Highly recommend the Jazz Brunch if you can, there wasn't a single dish I had that I didn't enjoy. Biscuits and Gravy, King Crab, incredible waffles.. this may have been our first, but definitely won't be our last visit!

excellent brunch buffet with fresh tasty offerings. Back to pre-covid standards. Wait staff friendly and attentive. Everyone at the tables around us seemed to be enjoying the experience as much as we were.

I went for Sunday Brunch with my family and it was great! Wonderful selection of food especially the seafood bar (fresh crab legs and shrimp!), and the jazz band was a great touch for the added ambience. It's a little pricey but well worth it for the food quality, live entertainment, and mimosas!

When I got there the Cafe was closed. They said it was undergoing renovations. They moved it to another area. The waiter was very unfriendly and did the very minimum to assist us. Had a Caesar salad - some of the leaves of the lettuce looked brown. I've never had issues at the Cafe before - so I'm assuming it maybe due to renovations they claimed. I think - they maybe part of the strike and don't want to draw attention to the strike so they're calling it a renovation. Regardless, service levels were subpar.

Our private room for 13 people was perfect and truly helped our retirement celebration a memorable event! Staff and food were great! The GRAND CAFE operated out of NOE Restaurant due to the recent hurricane and regardless was a great experience!

I was happy to hear the Omni offers a champagne Sunday brunch, and with a jazz trio! My husband who's a tough grader said the crab legs, both hot & cold, were the best he's ever had, along with the shrimp. I loved the freshness of the omelet ingredients, the fried chicken and prime rib. Desserts could be expanded. I was not happy with the service -- I had to beg for every glass of sparkling wine, and small requests were overlooked. It wasn't a busy time, it just seemed like our Server didn't care what we wanted even though I tipped up front for good service, which I always do at a buffet. Return for food definitely, but really put off by the attitude of the server, who sets the tone for the Brunch experience.

The staff were friendly and the service was great . The food was good however I feel the deserts were not . I think they could improve on more food options. The food was hot they replenished the buffet several times and it was very clean . Will definitely go back

First time at the Omni, offered a choice of the buffet or menu options. Selected the menu offerings. Food was wonderful, burger and fries with a Bloody Mary. Good live jazz in the background. Great find when exploring the local museums.
