I ordered for lunch today from this place; we order from here once or twice a week because we live to far from the other deli Langers, when my order arrives I start unpacking and I notice there is only one glass Coca Cola when I had ordered 4 16$ value As I keep unpacking I notice there is my large soup missing as well. 13$ value I have guests over so that's why we ordered here for lunch, next I call the restaurant to let them know that I had some stuff missing. The guy who answered was like "well it's actually busy today, & things happen. He had the audacity to tell me that. We can't deliver it." I told him I never wanted them delivered that's not why I called, the reason I called was to let you know that you messed up my order, then he got upset and hang up on me. I even left a good tip to which I am now regretting. The potato salad sucks and so does the tuna it's very bland.

No Russian dressing on the Pastrami #3 - absolutely disgraceful when it's the primary condiment of a $20 sandwich. It's worth noting that this was particularly spiteful given that the delivery order included a note politely asking for extra Russian dressing on the side (if possible). The fact that Greenblatts went out of its way to ensure that NO dressing at all went onto the sandwich speaks volumes. "Oh, you want extra? We won't give you ANY." Utter disgrace. (Note: Greenblatts never, ever runs out of Russian dressing. This was completely deliberate and thus, highly concerning.) In addition, pastrami was dry (as evidenced in the photos), bread was also dry and chewy, and the portion of filling was pathetic given the price of the item. Customer service was abysmal - attitude of the "manager" was absolutely appalling and profoundly unprofessional.

This Kosher-style deli, has its variety of wines and drinks. Along with its food specialties.

Ordered 2 pistrami sandwiches. $ 17.95 each! Must be great-right? Want special surprise for dinner with my daughter.Sandwich came and was smaller than what you buy at a 711! Called the manager who acknowledged that the portions were small stated there was an option to order a larger sandwich at an even higher price but he would give it to me at the original price.Aside from being a small portion, dry and tasteless, hugely overpriced, why would I ever want to patronize this store again?

Ordered on DoorDash. Their famous matzoh ball soup had bland broth, and barely a shred of chicken. LOTS of celery. I would call it celery soup. Then my choc chip cookie was clearly burnt and hard as a rock. Whoever put that in that container could see it was a hockey puck. Canters is at least ten times better.

All these years later, this deli has never lost its authenticity. The consistency is spot on with each order. I love their matzo ball soup, delicious. Another tried and true sandwich is their hot and juicy pastrami on rye. Each sandwich receives a kosher dill pickle and one side, my choice was their coleslaw. Each time I come to the Los Angeles area, Greenblatt's is on my visit list. Off street parking is available for their customers. Beautiful wine selections by the bottle.

So I'm a straight forward kinda dude, honestly I hope their wine is better than their sandwiches. Jerry's Deli (RIP) was better...if your craving a good Pastrami, Ruben, or Corn Beef w/ Kraut on Rye go to Langer's in LA (across from MacArthur Park) Cash only (found out after I placed my order & walked up to window) wish they would have told me on phone, then Asian dude w/ponytail had an attitude & bad breath. 2.0 Stars it's a little better than Wienerschnitzel #truth #underwhelmed #first&lasttime

Five star for presentation, Lucky I don't judge a book by the cover. The waiting time is horrible, and no organization whatsoever, two people that ordered after me got their orders. "It's cooking" - that's what I'm told, the food is already cooked, it's in front of me!! Delicious, yes, and I wonder if its because I'm starving or thanks to the chef. Honestly just couldn't wait to leave, 30$ for a microwave dinner, I guess expectations aren't what they seem on paper.

Awesomeness. National institution. Amazing Italian and tuna sandwiches. Macaroni and coleslaw rocked it. Love this place.

My 92 year old Jewish Grandmother: "What is the name of the place this is from?" (We had it delivered). "Greenblatts." Her, "Can you please call them and tell them I said how delicious their soup is, this is the best I have had in town". She's right about the soup - super flavorful and not as suspiciously bland as many noted L.A. versions tend to be. Our take out order (a quart) was full of chicken, tender vegetables, and two medium sized matzo balls. The broth is robust and seasoned perfectly. I am hard pressed to think of a better bowl in town (Ugly Drum Pastrami's is a knockout, but limited). I had a pastrami reuben - the Russian dressing and sauerkraut rightly play second fiddle to the rich pastrami, which was another standout. Piled high, it was lean and perfectly portioned. Potato salad was forgettable, but nobody comes to the show for the bassist. The desserts (Cheesecake and Lemon cake) were similarly passable - save the cash and grab something sweet elsewhere. I still owe Greenbatts that call, so if they run by this review - you sure made a Jewish Grandmother's evening with the soup - thanks for that.

Perfect, idyllic deli food. Pastrami with russian dressing and Cole slaw on rye is my go-to. Chicken soup is also very good. Fresh chopped liver sandwich also good!

I generally like all the food. But last 2 turkey dinners were served with not much turkey. For $20 I would expect more than 2 slices of meat!

I got the grilled cheese which was AMAZING! It's literally a pound of cheese between fresh baked bread. I'm a pickle fan so I spent an extra 9 bucks on three of them, which were also huge and worth it. We ordered a bunch of stuff for catering and every order was correct and dropped off quickly via postmates. Not cheap but also worth it compared to other establishments, this isn't subway

I order the Chicken Vegetable Soup (aka Jewish Penicillin) all the time and it is SO GOOD. Especially if you are feeling a little under the weather or just want the comfort of the kind of soup your gramma would make... it's just the best. Sometimes I get a matzo ball on the side and it's also delicious.
